was in ground floor room partial sea view(if you looked over a wall hedge and people walking past you could get a glimpse of blue) room smelt,matress hard as were the pillows but main problem was when the window was open . ground floor directly outside of room was hotel sunbeds where people smoked and talked if you put a hand outside you could stroke the head of the people on sunbed they were that close.. so on top of all the noise of outside and no privaccy as equally people on sunbeds could equally hear our conversations, the worst issue was the smoke stemch coming into the room.we conplained and were moved into the owners own room whxih had a more comfy bed but the window faced a screen panel so no prper light(like a cell) and when window open all you hear behind the screen was the noise of the cleaners and people walking and talking outaide the room and again no privacy to even have a conversation without being overheard other rooms may be better this review is based on the 2 we had would have scored less but hotel staff very nice ,other positive location and good air con

We were pleased and surprised by all aspects of this little friendly hotel. The location is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. All staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful, Alex and his staff are a credit to the hotel. Our room (103) whilst being small was comfortable, clean and adequate for us. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from. We found the roof top bar to be excellent and we had dinner there every evening apart from one. Again the menu was varied, the food cooked freshly to order and delivered in a very relaxed atmosphere. The views from the rooftop were stunning particularly the sunsets. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in October.

Très moyen, ne vaut absolument pas ce tarif exorbitant, chambre petite et propreté moyenne. Vous payer la vue ! Nous sommes partis tôt le matin et avons demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter car compris dans le prix. Nous avons rempli une liste de ce que nous voulions et au final nous avons eu deux mini beignets surgelés et 1 bouteille d’eau. De plus la personne à la réception s’est trompé dans la réservation de la navette 30 mn plus tard que ce que nous avions demandé…Wc sale et cheveux dans le lit et dans la salle de bain…ça ne vaut absolument le tarif demandé !

This accommodation is classed as a guest house but it beats a lot of 5 star hotels. The staff are truly exceptional and so you must assume that they are treated very well by their managers. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms are impeccably clean. Breakfast is excellent and great value for money. The location is stunning. We can't wait to return in September.

We booked in advance for a meal at Rooftop bar/restaurant. Despite confirming the booking half an hour before the time, the table wasn’t available. They had to be reminded after 15 minutes to bring our drinks. 3 of our menus choices weren’t available and the food we got was slow coming and pretty poor. One star is very generous and we’ll definitely not be back. There’s only 1 toilet for the entire 3 storey bar and restaurant. Our advice is to avoid the Rooftop if you’re looking for decent food. The only saving grace was a great view of the superb beach.

We stayed here for 3 nights, before an extended stay in the Algarve. Contrary to some comments I’ve read and can only assume they were pre Covid and also, from my understanding, pre new management. We cannot fault the location/staff/services. Location…….a step to the sand and sea, literally. And only a €7 taxi fare from the airport Staff…..absolutely incredible, each and every one of them. Nothing is too much trouble Food…….fabulous! Something for everyone Rooms……small but maximise every opportunity for space

Une nuit dans cet hotel a été la nuit de trop durant notre séjour au Portugal : chambre numéro 1 réservée sur Booking pour 100€ SANS petit déjeuner. On s'attendait à autre chose pour ce prix là. Cette chambre appelée 'standard' doit être celle à éviter, pourtant la réceptionniste, très souriante par ailleurs, n'a pas pu/ voulu nous en donner une autre. Je cite : 'une chambre ce n'est que pour dormir, vous verrez c'est très calme'. Je résume : située entre la réception et l'accès aux autres chambres, une minuscule fenêtre au bas du lit qui ne donne pas sur la mer mais plutôt proche des poubelles, évidemment vidées cette nuit là. La porte de la chambre frotte sur le parqué, le tiroir de la table de chevet est bloqué... On se sent très à l'étroit et un peu arnaqués, il faut bien l'avouer. Pourtant il y a du positif : bonne literie, c'est très propre, bouilloire et thé à disposition, l'hotel est posé sur la plage et tout près de l'aéroport. Du resto à proximité (allez chez A Paquete si vous aimez les fruits de mer frais et bien travaillés) MAIS PAS A CE PRIX LA ! On nous aurait vendu cette chambre à 60€ et nous aurions été ravis. Vous l'aurez compris. Méfiez-vous avant de réserver là bas ;-)

Отличное расположение на большом и красивом пляже, рядом с приличными кафе и ресторанами. Бар/ресторан на крыше с видом. Рядом есть парковка. Комнаты чистые, аккуратные, новый ремонт. Но: вечером шумно из-за тусовки (но молодым парам норм); парковка и пляж могут быть сильно забиты; комнаты не очень большие.

My wife and l stay at this guesthouse from Sunday 10th of March 2024 until checking-out Friday 15th of March . The location was fabulous being ten minutes by taxi from Faro airport and 25 minutes by the water-taxi to Faro waterfront. The guesthouse was extremely well maintained and cleaned to an exceptional high standard rooms cleaned daily. Food was prepared and cooked by professional staff again to a high standard. The rooftop bar was nice to watch some of the most spectacular sunsets l've seen. The staff we very welcoming and kind and went to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very approachable and had a good knowledge of local amenities and pleasant to talk too and the customer relationship was to a high standard. Two beachfront restaurants next door gave you a choice of food again very good atmosphere and attitude toward customers. relations were highly rate
