성요셉성당 바로 앞에 있는 숙소로 호수, 성당, 야시장 등 주변 구경하러 돌아다니기 좋았습니다
엘리베이터 있고 조식이 훌륭합니다. 기본 뷔페식이고 계란,국수, 팬케이크는 주문해서 먹을수 있습니다 (조식에 포함된것)
쌀국수가 진짜 맛있어요 소고기 닭고기 두종륜데 둘다 맛있음.
리셉션 직원들 언제나 친절했고 영어 기본으로 쓰나 조금 알아듣기 힘들어서 파파고로 소통했습니다 파파고 최고..
냄새나는 과일 특히 두리안 못들고 들어가게 합니다 (이건 호텔에서나 나한테서나 좋은 규칙인듯합니다 두리안 냄새 최악..)
바로 근처에 우리은행, 스타벅스, 현지마트, 현지편의점 다 있어서 투어하고 늦게 들어와도 근처서 컵라면 사먹기 좋아요
침대도 짱큽니다 창문은 있으나 커튼쳐져있어서 뷰를 제대로 보진 못했어요

We are from Philippines, and we stayed at Minerva Church Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights from September 17 - 19, 2023.
Ms. Lisa - the front desk, welcomed us warmly with a smile. She also showed us the different restaurants within the area. Plus,the staff at Minerva Church Hotel are all welcoming and approachable. They are also good at accommodating our requests.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for us, because it is walking distance to St. Joseph Cathedral and there are cafe nearby.
The room that we had is cozy and well-cleaned. They clean the room every day, and they refill the toiletries and the free two water bottle.
We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hanoi.

Glad to stay at the Minerva hotel for 2 nights. Comfortable stay with good breakfast n easy access to many interesting scenic sights. They have friendly n approachable staff who are knowledgeable and gave sound advice. Thanks!

I booked the St Augustine double room for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, just less than 5 min to Hoan Kiem Lake and there is also a supermarket and many eateries nearby. The best part of my stay is the fantastic service. Every staff I met was so polite and helpful!

By far the best hotel i ever stayed during my SEA trip! I didn’t get the chance to take a photo of the hotel amenities however i am truly, greatly satisfied with the stay. Every possible staff they have are super accommodating esp Ms Sunny frm the reception desk and Ms Sun from the spa department. She even help me out with food recommendations which I’m very thankful with. The shower were great esp during the winter season. They provide housekeeping service everyday as long as you didn’t put dnd sign on. The bfast start from 6:30-11am which i feel very convenient to some early bird travellers. There’s plenty of food served and they also have this special menu for bfast where they will prepare if only u order (eg pho (beef/chicken), omelet etc)
