Il servizio eccezionale è incarnato dalla signora Hadeer, la guest relation agent, la cui professionalità e cordialità migliorano l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti. La sua dedizione e attenzione contribuiscono alla reputazione dell'hotel per un'ospitalità straordinaria. Una menzione speciale va anche al signor Nader alla reception. La sua efficienza e l'accoglienza contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera accogliente per un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. Lo Steigenberger Alcazar, con il suo fascino estetico e uno staff eccezionale, promette un rifugio veramente memorabile e rilassante.

Mi opinión se limita al restaurante libanés Anoura y su equipo. Excepcionales, en especial su manager Ibrahim. Muy atentos, dedicados y profesionales. La carta es muy completa. Hemos pasado 2 semanas en este hotel, no está nada mal, pero el libanés fue TOP

Steigenberger alcazar!! What can I say…. From the moment we entered the hotel we was in awe. This hotel is simply stunning like a palace. The smell of oud when you enter will Check in was quick and we was able to go and have breakfast. The staff at the hotel are a credit to this hotel and if the staff were not the way they were then this hotel would not get its high rating. I feel bad that I can only mention a few names but really they are all fantastic. Let me start with breakfast staff- tall Mohammed who always asked us for coffee, slightly shorter Mohammed (manager) from the Asian/Japanese restaurant. Chef hosam, chef Zaki. There is everyone waiting to serve you. Ibrahim (manager at seafood) Al hadi (seafood) recommended to us peach mojito which was amazing!! Ibrahim at the Lebanese restaurant And the very smily waiter who served us icecream at the sun bed (basem) The French coffee, Arabic coffee and Turkish coffee which is served at the enterance of the bar - el sayed- you always served us with a smile!! The French coffee we will now miss The assistant food manager - mr Islami- thank you for the talks and making us feel welcome. Please look into non alcoholic wine/champagne for us when we come next time. Mohammed Shabhaan at the bar - always with a smile. The rooms are very nice and clean and ample space for a family. We were 2 adults and 3 children! The sun beds were always clean. Thank you Mahmood and our friend lifeguard that we actually met a few years ago at tropital sahl hasheesh! The towels and rose spray were appreciated. The food is very fresh! The ala carte restaurants are all amazing but our favourite has to be lebenese and the sushi ! My children loved the kids club (they do not normally go to kids clubs at other hotels) aya and banu - thank you. Safaa and hadiya will miss you. We hope to see you again soon. I feel everyone works really hard and if you are contemplating this hotel then don’t!! Also my son broke a glass and a plate and they did not in any way make us feel uncomfortable. My few recommendations to this hotel would be the electric cars to be more readily available and waiting at each station. To have a member of staff to say good bye- as we just left in the taxi with no one to say bye to. A turn down service would also be a great added bonus as often our room had sand from the trips to the beach. Please also look into non alcoholic wine/champagne for the guest who do not drink alcohol. We did not have any contact with guest relations so can not comment on this. However I did speak to the hotel manager at the restaurant and spoke about visiting again and the hotel being able to accommodate my family in the same family room in the future. Thank you alcazar!! Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, el servicio fue increible! llegamos y el chef nos esperaba, porque mi marido habia hablado con el hotel explicando que soy celiaca y como sin gluten. El chef se sento con nosotros y se preocupo de que todos los dias en todas las comida tuviera siempre algo que comer, libre de gluten y hecho en el momento. Somo vegetarianos, y habia para comer todo el tiempo, no nos falto nada. Y la comida super rica, lo que mas me gusto que las ensaladas no estan precondimentadas, asi cada uno le agrega lo que quiere. Hay salsas al lado. La mayoria de la comida esta marcada con cartelitos. El Chef ZAKI, es increible!!!. Uno de los dias me senti mal, y me prepararon comida para que mi marido me llevara a la habitacion. Los chef de cada restaurante del hotel son geniles.! Cenamos en el de comida japonesa y en el de italia. Y habia hasta soya sin gluten para nostros!! Y nos hicieron pasta sin gluten que era una delicia.El mozo que siempre nos atendia, Mohamed! super gentil y servicial Todos se preocupaban de que estemos a gusto. En la psicina, nos veian llegar y ya nos esperaban con las bebidas. Recomiendo muchisimo el hotel. Eso si, si lo que quieren son atracciones, el hotel esta como a media hora de distancia del centro. Nos falto que tuvieran Shuttle del hotel- La habitacion estaba perfecta! la psicina la cierran muy temprano.. Todas las noches hay actividades de cultura El spa es caro... muchas gracias! Fue un aniversario con demora pero.. increible.
