Upscale hotel with good breakfast..but watch out for big crowds..the lobby Cafe is annoying that is not open all day

Hotel room is clean and big enough. The staff is very polite and let us to use the room earlier. And is really close to the ski house. Overall is nice :)

Very sad to see a once great hotel deteriorate. The rooms, hallways, elevators, furniture in the rooms are all stained, grimy, and or just completely worn out.
The lobby café used to be a great place for morning coffee and snack or lunch. However, now it opens only at 3 PM for extremely overpriced beer and wine. The selection of beer wine is horrible. There is absolutely zero food on the menu not even a simple snack to go with your overprice beer .There is nowhere in this hotel to get a coffee in the morning. The front desk team smiles and tells you to go out to the hotel next-door. Well, next time I will stay at that hotel. I recommend you do too.

Ski trip, this hotel is next to the ski lifts. Location is perfect, the fried rice in the lobby bar is delicious too.

Good place for staycation. Breakfast is the most delicious one i have ever had. But the room is quite dry and hot when winter time. All are acceptable.

위치도 좋고 시설도 괜찮습니다. 객실 산 뷰는 너무 좋았고 일출이 기가막힙니다. 사우나를 새로 지어서 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 주변에 액티비티도 있어 즐길거리 또한 다양합니다. 다만 휘트니스는 공간이 작고 객실간 방음이 안되어 꽤 시끄러웠습니다.

**휘닉스 호텔 평창은 그만의 매력이 있다. 뒤로는 채 녹지 못한 눈, 슬로프에 스키장 및 루지 놀이 시설, 야외 바베큐 시설이 보인다.
**숙박객에게 루지와 곤돌라를 할인해 주기에 부담되지 않는 가격으로 즐길 수 있었다.
*아침 조식은 깔끔하고 군더더기 없었다. 잘 먹지 않는 음식으로 양만 방대하게 늘린 것 보다 적당한 선에서 다양한 메뉴를 고를 수 있었다.
*스스로 만들어 먹을 수 있는 비빔밥에, 원하는 대로 담아서 끓여달라고 요청할 수 있는 쌀국수가 마음에 들었다.
*내부는 휘닉스 리조트보다 단순하지만 넓은 공간과 전면 창은 호텔의 큰 매력이다.
*큰 규모와 비수기 특성상 체크인 프론트를 축소 운영한다는 점은 소비자 입장에서는 조금 아쉬운 점.
*저녁에 즐길 수 있는 와인 마리아주 역시 휘닉스의 매력 가운데 하나인데, 비수기라 다소 축소했지만, 운영을 이어나가고 있었다.
*모스카토부터 화이트와인, 레드와인까지 즐길 수 있는 게 어디인가.
*참, 곤돌라를 타고 몽블랑 정상에 오르면 산책로가 있는데, 300미터 거리고 7분 정도밖에 소요되지 않는다.
*시간의 여유가 없으나, 산책을 즐기고 싶은 사람들에게는 짧지만 나름 산을 구경할 수 있는 기회가 된다.
- 휘닉스평창은 수차례 단골처럼 방문하면서도 늘 새롭게 즐길 수 있다. 콘도와 호텔 사이로 보이는 식당들을 비롯해 슬로프 및 야외 바베큐까지..
방문할 때마다 새로운 콘셉트로 즐긴다면 더 다양하게 누릴 수 있지 않을까. 참, 날이 풀리고 있으니 조만간 워터파크를 즐겨야 겠다.

從仁川機場搭Express Train 去首爾站 轉乘KTX 去平昌站 有免費酒店車到酒店。酒店房間很大好舒適，有大窗望出去的雪景很美。從酒店電梯B1有隧道通往Water Park, 酒店有優惠券到Water Park、搭纜車、滑雪、滑雪吊車，都用到。酒店附近有幾間 CU超市，有幾間食店。酒店包早餐或選擇午餐食，好豐富，午餐抵食
