«The hotel was nice despite the fact that it's quite far and secluded from other place. The service was good too. We had a decent stay here. The price is cheaper compared to the ones at alpensia and yongpyong resort.»

«El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado cerca de las pistas de esquí y a 5 minutos a pie puedes empezar tu día esquiando. Estamos un poco decepcionados con la gestión de la reserva en Trip.com. Nos asignaron dos suites ejecutivas para dos adultos y un niño de 12 años, cuando una sola habitación habría sido más que suficiente para alojar a tres huéspedes. ¡Qué vergüenza! El servicio de habitaciones termina a las 21:30, lo cual, en mi opinión, es demasiado temprano para un hotel de 5 estrellas como este. ¡También es un poco ridículo pedir una cubitera por 5.000 KRW frente a los 570.000 KRW de una sola habitación! Mi más sincero agradecimiento al Sr. Koh, el conserje, que ha sido extremadamente servicial y amable con nosotros durante toda la estancia. ¡Enhorabuena!»

«At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.»

«The hotel is beautiful. There are nice restaurants within the hotel compound so you do not need to go anywhere. The view from the balcony was amazing (slop view). Amenities sufficient, room spacious. We took 2 of these rooms since we were 2 adults and 2 kids (12 years old). The beds are super single and 2 ppl sleeping on a bed is do-able or there is loads of space for an additional bed. We didn't have bfast but a lot of restaurants and a CU within the hotel compound. A word of advice, if you are coming from Seoul, stop at JINBU STATION and not Pyeongchang station. We made a mistake of going to Pyeongchang station which is far away and the cab will cost krw 60,000 per way. Jinbu station is just 5 minutes away.»

«Este camping glamping para caravanas es tan cómodo como un hotel. Era mi primera vez con los niños en una caravana, así que buscaba un lugar limpio y encontré este. Lo pasamos de maravilla. Llovió, así que no pudimos ver las estrellas, pero la lluvia lo hizo aún más encantador. El aire de la mañana después de la lluvia se siente aún más fresco, y como hace más frío, tenemos calefacción por suelo radiante. Mirar hacia afuera desde la cabina acristalada, o desde el exterior, es una experiencia nueva y sin duda creará recuerdos entrañables con los niños. La película en el proyector por la noche fue genial, ¡y los fideos janchi que prepararon para desayunar fueron perfectos para el frío! Me encantaría volver en otra temporada.»

«Great location right at the ski hill. BUT you have to check in at a seperate building at the far end of the town. Neither Trip.com nor any of the emails from the property tell you that, so you show up at the resort and they direct you to walk ~500 meters to the check in building. Also, the room itself was likely a dormitory for the Olympic athletes in 2018: very very basic. And it hasn't been updated since then. No shower curtain, no bath towels, no floor mat, only 4 small hand towels, that's it. As property ratings go, I would say it's equivalent to a 2-star property at best.»

«Este hotel está dedicado a los niños. Tiene muchos parques infantiles interiores y exteriores gratuitos. La vista desde la habitación era espectacular y el área del hotel era enorme. Tiene un mini zoológico, una zona de trineos, una zona para acampar y un lago. Es el único hotel de la ciudad, mejor que el Ramada.»

«숙소외관 및 숙소사진 보고 큰 기대없이 예약하고 간 곳이었는데, 위치도 너무 좋고 풍경도 거의 스위스 풍경.. 주변 맛집도 많았어요. 무엇보다 방이 넓고 쾌적했고, 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셔서 청결하게 유지되어서 너무 좋았습니다 :) 요청사항에 조용한 방으로 부탁드린다고 적었었는데, 엘리베이터랑 가장 떨어져있고 구석진 방으로 주셔서 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 휴가철인데도 아주 조용했어요! (방음도 잘되는 듯!) 다음에 대관령 간다면 진짜 또 예약하고 싶어요. 2박3일 너무너무 만족스럽게 쉬다가 갑니다 ! :＞»
