We had a horrible check in experience at this hotel for a group of 12 people. The first check in was for a group of 8. I had been in contact with the hotel for about 8 months planning this trip, sending every detail about each room, requests, celebrations and requests. We arrived late because of Seasons being so unorganized and vehicles were not ready for us when we arrived. It is not VIP service by any stretch. When we arrvied at the hotel we had an amazing greeting and were checked into our rooms however, 4 of our guests were put into the wrong room on the non-excellence side, even though they booked excellence. I requested that we all be close together to make it easier on everyone and also two of the guests were over 65 and have had knee replacement surgery. They were put all the way in building 7. The rooms were very outdated and smelt like mold. My family called me right away and said something is not right. Long story short we went round and round and got a a manager who one told me the room were excellence, they are NOT and told us they could not do anything. A few hours later around 9:15pm they were moved to the correct rooms. I requested a certain room 6 months ago and of course was not accomodated for my request, which that was fine. None of our guests received anything special for the requested anniversary, birthday, special occasions that we requested. No banner, no room decorations. More to come....
