Avant de dire ce qui n allait pas, il faut donner les points positifs: -Hotel en bord de plage très bien situé et parfaitement en accord avec la description - facilitation de l accès par bateau depuis Kuala besut ou l hôtel a arrangé notre transfert C est dommage le lieu est tellement beau… Par contre l hôtellerie laisse a désirer: - en arrivant sur place l hôtesse ne parlant que très peu anglais nous dit que le petit déjeuner n est pas compris dans notre réservation alors que c était le cas. En négociant elle finit par nous dire que le petit déjeuner est servi entre 8h et 10h le matin. Le lendemain matin,en arrivant avant 10h, on nous dit que le petit déjeuner est fini…en fait, il n y a pas d horaire. Du coup le lendemain ils ont pris soin de nous réveiller a 8h15 alors que l on n avait rien demander… Hormis cela, les chambres sont insalubres, humides et les draps ne sont pas fournis. Il y a de la wifi a l accueil. Bref, ce n est pas le meilleur endroit pour dormir aux iles perhantians, mais les iles sont paradisiaques.

Le restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Tarif laundry prohibitif. Les chambres sont rudimentaires. Il n'y a aucune étagère ou autre pour poser ses affaires. De l'enduit sur le carrelage de la salle de bain. Donc des améliorations pourraient être faites assez facilement. Si on accepte la frugalité, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Plage calme et jolie. Très beau jardin. Personnel aimable et aidant.

Difficile de donner un avis sur cet hostel. J’étais le seul client ! Le jeune homme sur place est très serviable et m’a bien accueilli et à été très professionnel. En revanche, je ne suis pas très difficile mais l’électricité qui se coupe en pleine nuit (1ere nuit sur place) et t donc plus de Clim. De il n’y a pas d’électricité entre 7h et 9h am. Puis de 5h à 7h pm. Un problème qui serait passager… En revanche il y’a de la wifi de bonne qualité et ventilateur et climatiseur dans le dortoir. Niveau rapport qualité/prix, le compte n’y est pas.

It had a lot of bad reviews in here but I thought it could not be so bad, but unfortunately it was. The bathroom conditions were horrible and there were many insects such as spiders in the room. The whole property seems to not have been taken care for years. Also when you get to the place the real name of the hotel is Empire which sounds a bit suspicious to have a different name from the listing here. I certainly would recommend any other place in the island.

Good hospitality, great beach and easy to access other activities (near scuba diving place). Kids friendly as beach near the room. The room are comfortable and well organize, toilet are clean and have good water pressure (they also give shower cream) so far good

I had the best meals, the best sleep and a very good experience with the tour guides . The manager is also very nice and even cooked usrefillable portions quickly after our portion was gone.

The water pressure are nice, toilet are clean and the room are comfortable not to forget the hospitality, the owner , the workers and the food are superb. The activity are very good for everyone who wants better holidays in Malaysia. Thanks for unforgettable hospitality and everything
