Estuvimos unos días en el hotel como punto de referencia para visitar el este de Eslovenia y norte de Croacia. Ideal para al final del día relajarse en la piscina termal. Muy buen desayuno. Acceso a piscinas termales hasta 9 de la noche. Acceso a parque acuático frente a hotel.

This outstanding hotel is conveniently located opposite the thermal park, home to numerous swimming pools. Situated just about a 20-minute walk from the city of Ptuj, it offers an excellent location for explorers. The hotel is renowned for its exceptional dinner offerings, making the half-board option a highly recommended choice.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and convenient. The hotel is themed and the interior is perfectly integrated into it. Across the street there is an aquapark with a lot of slides and pools that you can also visit since it is included in the price. A place to which I would return again.

Staying in the hotel was nothing but a pleasure. Upon arriving we were greeted warmly by all the staff. Their teamwork and work ethic is unmatched. Employees go above and beyond for each guest either with providing recommendations or giving directions and tips regarding the stay or trips around the area. The lobby is a nice place for a cup of coffee and great deserts, the food in a restaurant is outstanding with wide variety of food and drinks available. We booked a large suite-apartment with thermal bath, which was quiet, luxorious and impeccably clean. Really outstanding to sit in the balcony in the evening overlooking the illuminated castle of Ptuj! Thermal pools (outdoor and indoor as well as childrens pool) are nice and relaxing. The spa and beauty centre are superb places to take refuge and pamper yourself. The hotel has a nice and warm atmosphere, which is always a pleasure to return to. Thank you for always hosting a wonderful stay!

Hotel on quiet location but a strol away from the town Ptuj. The room has a top view and the restaurant offer lots of different dishes to choose from. Spa area is clean and not crowded, the savnas are just magnificent. Hotel has friendly staff, which is always friendly and at your service.

The room are a little down graded, need refurbishment. The food standard has fallen drastically after Corona. There could be a choice of pillows. The staff was great and friendly. Unfortunately there were a lot of flies in the hotel.

If was super. Friendly staff, excellent services. Nice sorroundings, lots to see. Ancient city offers many sights, the food is great. You can take a boat trio on Drava river or just go stolling through the city centre. Hotel is clean, well equipped and over all good. The stay there is recommended.

Excellent hotel, great food, very beautiful location. The staff is very kind and helpful. They also have rooms with private sauna and jacuzzi. I recommend everyone to visit. You won’t regret it. When you are there, you can also visit Ptuj castle.
