«My room was upgraded by the kind lady in the reception. They were helpful with my questions as a foreigner. They try their best to communicate with you in English. The location of the hotel is beside the Tianjin main station so its extremely easy to get around. There are food options and supermarket on the side of the hotel. Housekeeping is also done daily, so 2 bottled waters is given per day. It is a bit old, but the maintenance in the facilities are done well. Air-conditioning is working fine. I would stay here again.»
