This place is just dirty. The carpet flooring is thin and shaggy. The bathrooms are tiny––there is no storage for any toiletries so you basically need to keep everything in your bag. There was mold in the bathroom near the shower area on the ceiling. The shower head was dirty. When I arrived, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a hissing noise, so I decided to take a look at it. I unscrewed the front cover, and it railed thick dust all over the bathroom. The cleanliness is really disappointing, especially when a lot of these issues could be fixed with more thorough cleaning and some preventative maintenance. Other than that, the rooms are small. The twin beds in the rooms are so close, it may as well be one bed. The cabinets and shelving are built in, and they make the room feel really cramped. Overall, the whole place is pretty bad. Nothing about it is pleasing or enjoyable, and the pool comes at an extra fee. The place earns an extra star because the location is great, and it provides a great jumping off point to see the beautiful city of Prague. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in a lot of different countries. I'd say this is the worst one I've seen. I'm sure you can find a fairly comparable place that actually cleans their rooms.

Nos sentíamos que quizá el apartamento carecía de cierto carácter, era un poco barato y frío, pero todos los muebles eran nuevos y en buenas condiciones. Está a sólo 1-2 minutos a pie de la estación de metro IP Pavlova, y hay muchos tranvías que puedes atrapar justo fuera de la estación. La zona cuenta con muchos restaurantes y cafeterías, además de un Tesco Express conveniente (convertir a la derecha cuando deja el edificio del apartamento, luego con la izquierda al final de la carretera y estás allí). El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. En general, nos alegramos mucho de nuestra estadía aquí y, sin duda, lo consideraremos de nuevo para nuestras futuras visitas a Praga.

Aparthotel Rimska is an ideally-located accommodation for a short break, and is based in Prague centre only 10-15 minutes walk (with heavy cases) from the main train station. Being centrally located, the outer building is in-keeping with the beautiful architecture, and walking down into the main city area and surrounding restaurants is not a long task at all. Upon entering, you self-check-in via the touchscreen kiosk where you receive your keycards. Our room was extremely spacious notwithstanding the ceiling slope, with a full kitchen fitting and open en-suite bathroom. The TV was also huge with comfy chairs, and the windows backed onto other apartments and hotels in the immediate area. The beds were also comfy however to improve, include either more or larger pillows as we weren’t overly satisfied with the selection. Otherwise, Aparthotel Rimska is a fantastic choice with what seems like an up-market room and aesthetic.

El hotel está situado en el casco antiguo de Praga. Puede llegar al Reloj Astronómico en 10 minutos a pie. Hay muchas tiendas y supermercados cerca, lo cual es muy conveniente.
Ibis tiene una insonorización mejor de lo esperado y la habitación es cómoda aunque no es atrevida.
Las ventanas exteriores se pueden abrir, pero no se pueden abrir completamente y solo se pueden usar para ventilación, y la calefacción es muy fuerte.
El desayuno es normal, no esperes nada especial.
Si vuelvo a Praga, volveré a visitarla.

We received welcoming and excellent service from reception staff Mikita… the room is spacious, clean and comfortable on the 21st floor. Just unfortunately there are a few big groups of students staying and this caused a lot of inconvenience to the lobby area especially the lifts, noisemakers and dining area. Otherwise this is a good value and great hotel to stay as it’s well connected by tram to the city center in 20mins

We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. Our reason for staying was that we were attending Lewis Capaldi at the O2 (just opposite!) Prior to arrival, I had asked if they offered anything additional for my partner’s birthday. I received an email back quite promptly that I could purchase a bottle of bubbles or a cheesecake. I opted for the bubbles and asked for this to be in the room on arrival. Before we arrived, we received a notification through the Bonvoy app that our room was ready. On arrival, this was not the case. We waited for an additional 20 minutes or so, and the reception staff were very friendly and went through the city map with us. The room was spacious enough, and included a nice welcome message - though my partners birthday was not mentioned (something we had in previously hotels - so maybe something to consider?) Unfortunately the bottle of bubbles was not in the room, which was a little disappointing. Reception kindly allowed me to borrow a EUxUK adaptor. Once I had got back to the room, a member of reception had bought the bottle up. However, I was not there which ruined the surprise and whole reason I had done it. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was okay, but the service was poor and inattentive. Before the concert, we had asked about access. We were told the hotel had a special entrance, and we’re given the necessary stickers to gain access - something we should’ve been asked & given on check-in? After the concert, we returned for a few drinks in the bar. The bar appeared to have a mixture of guests and non-guests, which was perfectly fine. However, the service was very poor. The bartenders prioritised Czech nationals and females, rather than adopting a ‘who’s next’ approach. This was also clear when table service was given to native Czechs, and not ourselves. The beds were pretty hard, though I would put this down to them being new and unavoidable. All in all, I would return if I were to be visiting a concert back to the O2. The hotel is outside of the city, but the metro is only 12 minutes away - the metro is incredibly good and extremely easy to use so this posed no issue at all.

Lo que más nos ha gustado es el trato del personal del hotel. Son todos muy amables y serviciales. Quiero destacar y reconocer la ayuda y amabilidad del Sr. Lázaro, el cual siempre nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos (habla varios idiomas). El hotel está situado junto a una entrada de metro, que en unos 15 minutos te acerca a los primeros sitios de interés. El hotel es moderno y sus instalaciones de ocio (piscina, boliche/bolos) están muy bien. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Nosotros viajamos con un bebé y el servicio de cuna en la habitación es bueno. El desayuno es muy completo aunque tardan mucho en reponer cuando algo se acaba. Seguro que volveríamos a este hotel! Gracias a todo el personal!

2283antoniojSi bien, no se corresponde con un hotel de 5 estrellas, por su ubicación y servicio es muy buena elección. Ubicado a 10 minutos andando de la plaza del reloj, a 5 de la plaza Wenceslao, y a dos de voca de metro, en una zona tranquila pero con bares, la entrada aun cuando la tienen a partir de las dos, nos dieron la habitación mas pronto, por lo que si llegas por la mañana, aprovechas mas el tiempo. En recepción hay una persona que habla español, muy amables todos ellos. La habitacion no es muy grande, pero suficiente, una gran tele, sin canales en español, una cafetera con reposición de cafe diario y lo mejor, una cama comodisima. El baño, tiene bañera, un poco alta, por lo que si tienes problemas de movilidad, supongo que tengan habitaciones con ducha, reposición diaria de gel y champú, también hay secador de pelo. El desayuno es muy bueno, dispone de dos salas, muy variado de dulces y salados, caliente y frio, muy juen cafe, los zumos regulares. En definitiva una muy buena elección.

In terms of location, the hotel is a little out of the main centre (15 min walk approx). However it still feels very central due to how large Prague is and sprawls out. The hotel is not dated but doesn’t seem particularly modern either. It has a very simplistic feel. Staff are polite in the reception upon arrival. It has a very small lobby area with seating, vending machines and toilets hidden away. This area could get crowded easily. The rooms themselves are basic. They are clean and tidy, have decent beds, a small desk and a wardrobe. Numerous charging sockets are available which is nice and there is a TV. Unfortunately, there is no safe or mini fridge which did feel like a small hindrance. The bathroom is not spacious but is once again clean and tidy. Towels are replenished daily and small toiletries are provided. The hotel offers breakfast which was included within our booking. The breakfast is very basic. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and some boiled eggs is all it has to offer. However, the coffee and drinks machines were in good working order and the staff worked hard. Overall, this hotel offers a simple, easy and affordable stay in Prague. You get what you pay for but I was satisfied with the overall value. The additions of a safe, mini fridge and a more comprehensive breakfast would pay dividends though.

Esta habitación no tiene marcas completas en dos áreas. En primer lugar, la habitación estaba muy caliente sin AC en marzo. El bar estaba abierto durante un tiempo muy limitado y cerró en 2100, si no antes.

LLxue inWe as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. La cama es un poco dura.
Abajo a las habitaciones, falta de sockets - Kettle tiene un corto plomo y difícil encontrar donde añadir. No hay suficientes patines. Esto dijo, no pedimos más recepción. No llenaron el té/cafe durante la estancia. Sólo la leche.
Nos encontramos en una sola cabina de acoplamiento. Nos ahogamos en el cargador sólo para quemar una noche y la electricidad salió y debido a la nueva recepcionista de la noche no pudo volver a ponerla hasta que se resucitó por la mañana. La recepcionista, sin embargo, fue tan útil y la intentó ayudar mejor.
Tengo una mala espalda y descubrí que no había lugar para sentarse en la habitación con apoyo trasero sólo una silla sin espalda y un ottoman.
Todo esto nos dio placer de nuestra estadía. Estaba muy contento con nuestra elección de hotel. No reservamos desayuno y hay muchas opciones para desayuno hacia IP pavalova. El restaurante Deminka que se muestra en el hotel como el bar del salón - aparentemente no está conectado al hotel (distinto de propiedad), pero sería recomendable. También popular con los locales, lo que es un buen signo y tiene una gran historia atacado al restaurante.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy bonito, ubicado en la zona vieja en Staré Město, la cual permite perderse por las calles de ensueño. El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para una gran estadía. Las habitaciones son super amplias, cuenta con refrigerador y vasos a disposición. Las camas son super cómodas y el baño cuenta los insumos necesarios. Además la habitación estaba muy bien calefaccionada, y no se escucharon ruidos de la calle. Además la estadía cuenta con un desayuno muy completo y servicio de cafetería gratuita en la recepción del hotel para cualquier momento. Quiero resaltar la amabilidad del personal en asesorarnos en durante nuestra estadía y sobre todo la gestión de Libor, quien amablemente nos cambió la fecha de reserva en varias oportunidades debido a las postergaciones generadas por el Covid-19. Super recomiendo este hotel, lo volvería a elegir sin dudarlo.
