Todo estuvo bien y la habitación tenía un precio razonable. Sin embargo, la falta de una ducha y un aseo separados en el hotel fue algo inesperada. Usé la bañera y el agua se filtró a la alfombra, lo que me costó una multa de 50 euros. Esto fue algo normal con el uso normal, así que ¿por qué la multa? 😓

Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación estaba limpia y el personal muy amable. El equipamiento de la habitación era antiguo y la televisión muy básica, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio, no es un problema.

Sólo estuve una noche así que no puedo decir mucho al respecto. Todo estuvo bien.

Buena relación calidad-precio para Nochevieja. Es una pena que el estilo del hotel esté un poco anticuado. Necesita una renovación.

Parece un poco antiguo. El desayuno está bien, pero es aceptable teniendo en cuenta el precio.

Emplacement très éloigné de la ville. La chambre est très ancienne avec des meubles qui sentent mauvais car ancien. Le personnel pas du tout accueillant et très aigris. Lors du petit déjeuner offert ils peuvent te retirer ce que tu as dans assiette si la fin du serviceest arrivée. Je ne recommande vraiment pas !!!

Las habitaciones del hotel son muy viejas, mal mantenidas, el inodoro y el baño están en un lugar separado, hay una bañera en el baño y la ducha estaba rota, no hay lavabo para lavarse las manos en el inodoro, los pisos están alfombrados, No hay mosquiteros en las ventanas, no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación. Las habitaciones del hotel son muy antiguas, nunca hay wifi en las habitaciones. El vestíbulo es muy estrecho. Se puede llegar a la recepción desde la habitación. Es Imposible. El desayuno no está mal. No hay bar como en un hotel para mayores, el restaurante cierra temprano. Creo que está pensado sólo para dormir.

Viví en este hotel durante aproximadamente una semana cuando volé con un amigo a Praga para celebrar el Año Nuevo a principios de 2005-2006. El registro del grupo en las habitaciones fue relativamente rápido. Solo desayunamos en el hotel, así que diré que fue bastante escaso. No me gustaron las mesas que se tambaleaban ni las sillas de plástico. El edificio del hotel era claramente de la época del socialismo, pero nuestra habitación estaba bien, me parece fresca, después de una renovación. Las instalaciones sanitarias estaban separadas. La habitación estaba limpia. Todo en él estaba limpio y los muebles y accesorios eran nuevos. Nos cambiaron la ropa de cama y las toallas, parece que una o dos veces y eran nuevas. Lo que me alegró: las habitaciones estaban muy bien insonorizadas. El hotel está ubicado en una zona residencial de la ciudad y de un lado hay una calle, y del otro hay un estacionamiento (nuestras ventanas daban a él), un poco más adelante pudimos ver un bosque o parque. Hay muchas instituciones médicas diferentes alrededor del hotel, pero también hay un problema con las cafeterías y las tiendas de comestibles. En mi opinión, una desventaja importante del hotel es que está situado muy lejos del centro. Se puede llegar desde el centro de Praga en metro y luego conducir unos 10 minutos en el autobús número 193. Calculamos el tiempo y el viaje hasta la Plaza de Wenceslao nos llevó entre 30 y 40 minutos (la diferencia dependía de lo rápido que llegara el autobús). . Si hablamos del hotel, entonces es un hotel bueno y acogedor (solo las mesas y sillas del buffet no son muy buenas, y el desayuno también es pobre). El costo de vida era muy atractivo.

We stayed at Hotel Residence Emmy last year (2024), we loved it. That's the main reason we select the same for this year (2025). Downtown Prague is far away from this hotel. You need to public transportation, which takes you downtown (Muzeum metro station) in 30 minutes. What you need to do is take 138 or 193 numbered public bus, departed in front of hotel, then get off the bus at Kacerov metro station and take metro from there. Tickets can be purchased in the bus by your credit card. Do not forget to activate it right away, otherwise you may pay penalty in case of ticket controls by Prague public transportation authorities. Hotel is working mainly with tour groups. Check in is so easy, reservation guy is so polite and warm. We're really appreciated his professionalism. The rooms are comfortable and wide enough; however, no AC available (pedestal fan provided), which may be discomfort for someone else, especially in the hot summer days. Refrigarator, hairdryer, kettle etc are provided in the room. Detailed cleaning is very good. Hotel's open buffet breakfast is well prepared and serviced. This is one of the best parts of the hotel. Summary: 1. If you need very good hotel with open buffet breakfast, AC is not priority for you, plan to visit Prague easily by using public transportation, this hotel is one of the best selection. 2. If hotel management asks whether we come again; the answer is yes, as long as keep balanced price&performance. We hope to stay again and we will recommend this place to our friends, who plan to visit Prague.

First of all i have to say, that i think this is not a 4* hotel. I would give it 3*. Maybe in the past it had 4*. About the stay: + Staff is friendly, rooms are big and clean, breakfast is good, parking is for free(if you book on the official website), prices are good and with breakfast - Its a little fat away-you need around 40 Minutes to the city centre with the bus and metro At the breakfast, the waiters take your plates, even if you’re not finished. Yes, you can take a new one- but why? It’s annoying when you’re every 5 minutes disturbed. I was not angry with them, cause they are doing just their job. As i said - wrong category Resume: It was a pleasant stay and i would book it once again - price and what you get is good!

I was here with a group and I agree with what was written here. Generally very good option for a couple of days if you plan to be in the city or elsewhere. The room is big, comfy, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. All facilities present except for the AC which is a big problem over summer. The fan was not sufficient but we managed since the weather changed and was not too hot like the first day. Plus our room faced the back of the hotel, the big parking lot which was almost empty so had no problem opening the window or sleeping. The fridge was too hot and seemed not to be working although it had a back section which was cold. I did complain but was told that nothing could be done. Breakfast was plentiful and always refilled. All in all, a great option if the price is not too high. Our group price for 3 days was more that we bargained for, meaning I am sure we could not find anything cheaper and better in the city. I would go back again. It is a new and clean hotel with good breakfast unlike most European hotels of that range, so if you plan to spend most time in the city, this is a great option to spend a night. There is a Lidle shop up the hill, 10 minutes away. Buses and metro are on time so a quick way to the city is guaranteed.
