La estadía fue excelente y nos alojamos dos veces a la ida y a la vuelta. Fuimos con un amigo en bicicleta desde Singapur a Malaysia todo excelente

The door glasses in the kitchen are broken.

This "home stay" forest Ants hotel is the most terrible among all my stays in overseas. Yet, the price is super expensive at such a location, with room amenities @ SGD$110+ per night/room. This shocked us what we paid and we got terrible room stay for a night!! I would like to claim compensation for my child medication, during the stay there a night with barely sleep and already biten to our body by insects (e.g., spiders, cockroachs, mosquito, and unknown insects) The living room and dining table look cleans but dusty smell in the whole unit. Especially in the bedrooms, aircon with so many noises. Furniture is no maintenance and almost collapsed. Bathroom chock water during bath.

Totally not recommended; this is the first time I am facing this stupid problem with a hotel. When I walk in to the front desk, there are 2 lady receptionists on duty; one is local Chinese, and the other one is from China. The Chinese lady is serving me, and the other one is playing on her cell phone and showing her ugly face to others like, “None of my ******* business.” When the Chinese lady asked her some questions, the face became uglier. Hey, this is the front desk, and your image is representing your company. After I got my key and entered the room, I realized there was no TV, so I went down and asked the receptionist. The local lady said the TV was sent for repair. Hello? You know this room has a problem, and you're still open for customers? Then she exchanged the other room for me. We come back after dinner, ready for a shower, and realised no shower towel, so again I go down to the front desk and ask. When I reach there, no receptionist is there; only 2 old Chinese ladies are having Chinese tea at the table beside the front desk. After a while only the Chinese receptionist comes back, and when I ask for the shower towel, she says the disposable towels are finished; new stock hasn't come yet. This is really ***. What kind of hotel is this? What kind of management is this? Am I coming for camping? And some more: the battery for the fan and the air conditioner remote control for both rooms is also leaking. No one cares about it. You can see how they take care of their room. Don't come here to spoil your good mood. I have no choice because I have a marathon early in the morning; if not, I will ask for a cancellation and refund.

Not so worst, acceptable in you have car

Love the stay and the awesome view. Highly recommended for people who want a short gateway and beach time.

Spotted adulthood cockroach on the couch, spiders on bed. Can feel the powederish floor. Is a 4pax apartment unfortunately only provided 3 toothbrush sets didn't bother to ask for more as is quite inconvenient as the "so call" reception is quite far and is not 24hour hence the inconvenience of early check out is a trouble. They provided a disposable towel which is quite useless shampoos and body shower all is limited. 1 of the room aircon blows hot air. Not really recommend this place unless you wanted to go to the beach where by opposite is the Jurong island so it means that this place is kind of FOREST as described travel to gelang patah approximately 30min with non jam.

Good and recommended but toiletry is lacking not provided shower soap or cream & towels so u need to bring ur own please advise them to provide

Value for the money. Very beautiful condo with china emperor decorations.

Service at the counter was fantastic. high tech check in and check out method. generally basic amenities are provided in disposable form.
