Botel Marina

船上面很穩，就是地方不太好找。不要煮內側房價，水都是臭的。伏爾塔瓦河本身也不很乾凈，離市區遠要開車。

This property is a bit on the outskirts of the city. The road to get to it is not paved and not exactly easy to navigate. While the room and boat itself were clean and spacious- the area near the boat was run down. We request our room to be cleaned and they only pulled up the blankets on the bed, no towel replacements, no clean coffee cups, no wipe of the bathroom sinks or tub.

This Botel is just plain awfull, small claustrophobic rooms which smell like fungus. The location is really remote and feels somewhat like a ghetto, not safe at all. The beds are really hard / uncomfortable also. I actually left in the middle of the night, so bad was it..

I've booked a room in this hotel, received all the details regarding the upcoming stay and everything was fine. But in two weeks I've received a message from the hotel Botel Marina in Prague with a link and a request to confirm my payment data. After I did I was charged in total 600$. I've contacted the hotel and they told me that this link was a scam sent from their account, which apparently was hacked. It's been 6 hours since their message with a scam link and my payment, but the hotel didn't send any warning with explanation and advice to not click on the link. I called them and was told that they have been hacked and there's nothing they can do to help. My bank couldn't refund the money, so I wrote a complaint to Booking. They redirected my complaint to the hotel, and they told that this situation is not their fault. After second complaint to Booking and a month of investigations I was finally told that they will refund what was lost due to the hotel incompetency in informational security and lack of responsibility. I strongly don't recommend this hotel and warn you about this scam. Thank you, Booking, for taking responsibility for this incident.

Dirty! Location is so bad, it is scary to walk outside in the evening. They rent part pf boat to private partyies, one is happeniny now and noise is everywhere in the boat, the boat is shaking from dancers… Good idea to use ship as hotel, done so bad that it is not worth even 1 of 5! Just run away
