Hotel Prokop Square

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel itself is located a little bit away from the main tourist attractions, so a little bit of guidance from front dest and the help of Google meant we felt like locals in no time. Great selection of breakfast, friendly staff, and very modern + tidy rooms. Staff super friendly at the frond desk, and always happy to help! Room a little warm at times (especially during the night), and no way of really adjusting preferred temp. The lowest it would go was 19 degrees unfortunately. The door also kept making this beeping noise - unsure if something to do with the smart lock, would have been good to have an additional lock for when inside the room just to feel a little more safe/at ease. Overall a pleasant stay!

Hotel situated in Prague 3 Clean and beautiful rooms, not overpriced either Staff were accommodating and friendly and were more than happy to recommend bars and restaurants to us😊 Approximately 30 minutes onwards to walk to the main attractions of Prague (I.e Old Town Square), however everything is easily accessible via Uber which is cheap We enjoyed our stay here

After a recent conversion, the hotel initially impresses. I had booked a superior room and on arrival, I requested a room on a high floor. Reception informed me that no superior rooms are situated on high floors and so they could not help me with my request. I later checked on hotel booking sites and superior rooms were being offered on high floors, on the dates I was staying, in this same hotel. I can only assume that it was too much bother for the staff to change my room, on their system. I did not appreciate being lied to. The room given to me was not the biggest but the bed was comfortable, it had a coffee machine and the bathroom had a nice shower with plentiful hot water. However, there was no desk or even a chair in the room. Netflix was provided on the TV which is a welcome addition to the usual rubbish channels available. The mirrors were awkwardly placed in the room and the bathroom mirror, although large, was difficult to use for shaving as the bathroom lights failed to shine enough light onto it. The bathroom could also have done with a shelf as there was nowhere to put anything. A smaller sink would have helped, here. The toiletries provided were of good quality which is a big tick from me. Breakfast was among the best I have had in Prague but I should imagine the room gets very congested once it gets busy so get there early. The pods provided for the coffee machine were a random selection with only one decaf and I returned to find my room untouched at 1530pm, on my first full day, and so went to reception to ask for more coffee pods. Once again my request was denied as I was told more pods would be provided when the room was cleaned. Within five minutes a cleaner arrived and I managed to obtain the pods I wanted rather than the random collection I had inherited. She didn't speak English (not an issue) and so I returned to reception to request an earlier clean each day as I am a little older and like an afternoon nap. You guessed it, denied and told that the room wouldn't be cleaned before 1530 every day. The attitude of the reception staff spoiled my stay and staff in the other 18 hotels I have stayed in Prague have always been more helpful. It didn't help when on my initial arrival, I was asked whether I might be in the wrong hotel and should possibly be staying in their cheaper, sister hotel situated around the corner. Maybe you're only welcome here if you arrive wearing a suit.

I can't recommend the hotel at all, we were so surprised and our room looked like a prison cell absolutely no recommendation, no solutions were proposed or finally excused and to charge 300€ for a prison cell is already very sad never again ….

Very pleasant hotel close to the touristic center. Very good service with polite and helpfull staff. clean and comfortable rooms. Reakfast was varied and tasty dont .iss tje good cheese tjat they offer. We came for a short stay but hope to be back soon

Nice place to stay. Modern, well equipped, clean, nice backyard/atrium with trees and tables, just under the Zizka/ Vitkov monument with park (a few minutes walk). Good breakfast. And they have L’OCCITANE cosmetics in the bathroom which is incredible.

Staff was Ah-mazing! It was a convenient location for transportation. Hotel clean and bright. Loved it

Facile d accès depuis l aéroport, nous avons passé 5 nuits et nous avons eu une bonne surprise a l arrivée car je m inquiétais un peu du quartier en sortant du tram mais l hôtel est moderne et très propre il y a un petit patio a l’intérieur avec de la verdure bien agréable pour se poser un moment au calme , la chambre était très bien agencée , lit très confortable par contre une seule table de nuit sur le côté droit c est dommage ça manque de l autre côté ! Et le petit point négatif également c est la vitre tout en haut du mur qui sépare la salle de bain de la chambre car du coup le matin a 5h on était en plein jour dans la chambre . l Acceuil a toujours été agréable, nous avons pu changer 50€ directement a l hôtel le jour de notre arrivé bien pratique pour aller acheter les billets de tram au point vente juste en face l’hôtel (possibilité d’acheter des tickets de 24h ou 48h ou 72 h ) Par contre l hôtel est un peu excentre comptez bien 15 mn pour aller dans le centre (Prague 1 ) l arrêt de bus n est pas très loin de l hôtel en contrebas, par contre pour aller recup le tram il y a une montée énorme qui est assez longue et épuisante … du coup nous avons pris le bus tous les jours et c était parfait. Le petit dej est copieux avec du choix salé, sucré rien à redire … fruit frais .. petit pain aux céréales.. omelette .. saucisse.. fromage .. salade .. tomate … et j en passe.. juste le café qui n’est pas terrible, pas de café en grain dommage .. nous avons eu un problème de TV à notre arrivé qui a duré 48h mais cela a été réglé et nous avons eu un mot d excuse écrit à la main en français avec une bouteille de vin rouge offerte nous avons apprécié le geste Et le tarif de cet hôtel est très raisonnable

Dejligt nyt hotel med gode værelser og dejlig morgenmad. Pladsen i restauranten var dog noget trang. Service og personale i receptionen var under al kritik. Lange køer og lang ventetid. Skal du bruge p-plads til din bil så husk at booke direkte hos hotellet.
