I've stayed here several times in the past a couple years ago. I think staffing shortages are probably still impacting this hotel. The room was decent, but I noticed under the bathroom shelf a makeup product from the previous guest and the shower body wash was empty. I asked where their "business center" was that was mentioned on the site. I was pointed to a small room off the lobby that had a printer. But the printer was not connecting to my wi-if. The hotel staff member says I could email the document to the hotel account and he would print...which he did. The hotel bar and grill was not open for lunch and would only be open from 5pm-10pm. We had an event that night and returned around 10:30 to see if the kitchen might still be open but it wasn't. The room did not have any literature on the amenities, so I couldn't find out if there was a chance to order room service for the morning. I called guest services in the morning to ask for room service but I was told that has to be arranged 24 hours prior.
The location is the big draw but there are other hotels popping up in that area all the time, so Hilton would be smart to invest in staffing to properly run the hotel.
