From the moment we walked in it was a beautiful experience. The desk clerk greeted us with a smile, she was friendly and professional. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious

Our initial room was not up to standard not only did have a strong smell (cats living in the room) the toilet was leaking water.
We were moved up to the 2nd floor. We asked for room service (cleaning) as we wanted fresh towels and beds made. The staff never came by.
We stayed here because of past ratings stating it was good, in our experience we are giving them a 2 and that’s being generous. Will never stay again nor recommend.

Having been a Director of Sales and Marketing for two hotel brands. I always tell my staff the first thing a guest sees is the lobby and front desk staff. The lobby was clean and most comfortable and the front desk service was most helpful, professional, and caring. Our room is great and the bed is very comfortable ( my husband is asleep already.) We called the front desk because we couldn't turn on the tv. Just a few minutes later the awesome woman who checked us in knocked on our door and had another tv controller for us.The refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker are very nice and clean and work very well. The bathroom is clean and nice and roomy. I only wish the toilet was taller.
This is a great property. I will stay here again!

Second time staying here for over 3 days. Hotel is nice inside and room is very functional. They have breakfast for guests.staff is friendly and prompt for requests.
The only issue I had was outside the property lots of garbage and spilled drinks,etc.cigarette butts galore and a few people sleeping ,living? in their cars and RV,s no issues but can become one if they allow them taking up parking lot.
