El lugar es agradable, pero la limpieza de la habitación está un poco decepcionada ... en general, está bien ...

Realmente disfruté de mis vacaciones aquí, repetiremos pronto !!

No fue un viaje como se esperaba. La limpieza era normal. Mi primer viaje hace 6 meses, reservé un chalet con jardín y el aire acondicionado no estaba frío, los baños estaban sucios y la habitación también estaba polvorienta. Y lo intenté de nuevo y esta vez de nuevo el compresor de aire se estropeó, por lo tanto, tuve que moverme al chalet de agua. Era extraño ya que la habitación estaba polvorienta y el inodoro también estaba roto. No fue una estancia agradable, diría yo.

It has been a while since my last visit to Avillion. The place are still well kept. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Despite the age of the resort room still well maintained despite having some minor issues on the wood parts (very understandable). The room AC can be better especially in our super hot climate. I wish it could be better (Room 604). Pillow and bed are perfect to my liking. Food on the other hand are not to my standard. The room service food I ordered are shockingly unpleasant. The standard of the food very low if you want to compare to the overall what the resort can offer. Again at breakfast the food are below my expectations. The service crew are all good. Food is not. I will come back for sure. But i do hope they do something on the F&B.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last decade. This time (May 2024), I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Room (water chalet) is extremely run down, walls are stained, glassware is dirty, sheets are stained and the bathroom is something out of a nightmare. To summarise, it’s dingy. The AC barely works, fan is noisy and is slow. If all this wasn’t enough to leave you with a sense of uneasiness, there was a used tooth brush in the shower when I checked in, meaning barely any care was given to ensure the room was fit for the incoming guest. (Refer to images). Not to mention the murky communal pool. Thank heavens for the adult only pool. The experience was significantly made worse where holiday-makers (non-Muslim) are not allowed to have alcohol with your meal at the restaurant. You are rudely given the option to have it at the pool (imagine having a proper meal at the pool when it’s scorching hot out, and insects cluster at your food and drinks, which I experienced) or have it sent to your room (to dine in shame, just because you want a drink with your meal). Both options aren’t great, especially since I’m expected to fork out a pretty penny for the inflated prices. All other restaurants/bars in the resort (verte, galley, etc) were closed. Unfortunately, this once renowned “resort” no longer caters to an international crowd but instead just for the locals to it’s own detriment. The staff can barely speak or comprehend English, are not friendly and have a spectacularly low level of customer service. I think a lot of genuine reviews from well travelled individuals or even anyone with standards, have agreed with me. Dear Avillion Management, this isn’t an attack but a wake up call. Please sort yourself out and restore the standards you once used to hold.

Suitable for those who loves natures. Our room is sea view type, so we enjoy beautiful scenery.

Overall was good, nice place for relaxation simple buffet breakfast

Old and dated Hotel, but the 3 swimming pools and foot-step away to beach make it awesome. Cleanliness need huge improvement. Breakfast - typical Malaysian breakfast nasi lemak and fried noodles. Offers porridge, Roti canai, cereals, breads and fruits too.

The room can be cleaner especially the toilet but not very bad. Customer service should have provided better details regarding the room. As we have kids but wanted to have the furthest room to the sea so we can do fishing but cs just mentioned only available double single bed room. In fact all rooms have a queen size bed.

i had booking 1 bed king but what i get double single bed😮💨 toilet flush spoil🙄 a lot of bird droppings near the balcony area🫢 other services good🤗 staff friendly🤗 fast check in and check out process🤗 nice view🤗 food ok👍

We stayed at the water chalet..the condition is old,need better maintenance but the view was spectacular.will come again someday..

So relaxing location... Can healing mood... Sea view location very superb. Nice place to visit again. Tqvm

My second time at Avillion, stayed at water villa again. I will come back again. I'm very pleased that they have improved their breakfast. 2 years ago they served lousy breakfast but now not anymore. Thanks Avillion for the great time ♥️

It was a great room as facing the sea view. We had a really great time.
