Hotel Mûller is in a great central position in Pontresina. We had a fantastic room with balcony overlooking the mountains. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The room was spotless, roomy and they provided slippers, robes, water, coffee, fruit, sweets and plenty of toiletries. The restaurant was very good and the breakfasts had plenty of choice to suit all tastes. If you are English and like your tea do take a travel kettle as there was none in the room - and your own T-bags!! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The travel pass was a gem, we used it every day for transport and it saved us a lot of money- fantastic! The staff were all delightful - Would highly recommend.

Very nice and friendly. Families are welcome! We stayed in an apar**ent, but had breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed for our baby daughter. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. The apar**ent was super clean with a cozy a**osphere.

We've been travelling around Switzerland all week and enjoying it greatly, but we had the best time by far, and found the very best people at Hotel Mueller! What a wonderful time, we wish we could stay longer. Impeccable service and hospitality, very friendly and kind team. Hotel was perfectly clean and lovely style. Very comfortable beds and linens. We had the best sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and waiters were very kind. Menu is in German and Italian but they were happy to translate and describe the dishes to us in English.

Excellent hotel in scenic Pontresina close to St Moritz. Hotel staff are exceptionally hospitable and helpful in providing us hiking options and transport from the Pontresina train late at night. Thanks, Katrine! Rustic feel building, furniture with modern touch. Beds are comfortable. Room with big windows overlooking the mountains .

We ate dinner at the hotel each of the three nights that we stayed at the hotel. Our waiter, Antonio, was amazing. After the first night when we requested things like ice and butter, we found these items at our table when we arrived the second night. The food was delicious and filling. The breakfast was good, too. We liked the location of the hotel and we thought the price was fair.

We spent 6 nights, and this hotel is simply brilliant. In a perfect central location, close to the main lift with free parking at the side and the back (if there is space, which there was even at the end of July). The rooms are lovely and cleaned meticiously every day. The service and food are excellent with all staff really friendly and efficent, we never had to wait on any order, be it breakfast or dinner. The spa area is luxorious and just perfect after a day of activity. The hotel also offers lovely extras suxh as free bus passes, cocktails on arrival (or later if that suits better as it did for us). On the Swiss Bank Holiday all guests were invited to a an early evening reception if free drinnks and snacks.

What a beautiful room! We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony. The suite was lovely with a very modern but classic decor. It was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the free steam room and sauna on the lower floor. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The hotel is about a 12 minute walk (moderately uphill) from the train station although they did offer to pick us up if we liked). I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a few nights here (with two young kids and our golden retriever) and felt very much at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room modern, spacious and clean, and the location perfect for hiking excursions and exploring the region. There is onsite parking and a well-equipped playground across the street. The wellness area was smaller than we’d imagined, but the weather was so good we spent all our time outdoors and weren’t too fussed! We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this lovely hotel ☺️
