Nos habíamos reservado una habitación y pedimos una habitación muy especial. Pero nunca tuvimos respuesta del establecimiento, así que nos encontramos con una suite que no queríamos. Decoración realmente más que dudosa y muy vieja, la mayoría son muy sucias. Tapisería con destaques dudosos,abat-day de la suciedad .... etc. Felizmente el hogar de la habitación es inviable. Chambre digne d'un hôtel de passes avec verres teintées dans le hall et mouvements toute la nuit...Ce n'est vraiment pas rassurant. Absolument aucun produits d'accueil mis à part une bouteille d'eau. Si no, nada a más de 80 € por noche es derecho a pedir un poco más paso de algodón paso de pintura ..... ¡Para una suite es muy insuficiente!! La ubicación del hotel tiene miedo de ver preparar sus piernas para esperar un barrio más agradable, menos temerosos, y sobre todo de los restaurantes porque va a necesitar. caminar un momento! Serviettes de toilettes toutes emballées individuellement sous plastique parce l'écologie cela ne sert à rien visible. Un Téléphone au-dessus des toilettes pourquoi pas ? Odor ignoble de cigarettes dans les chambres et dans les couloirs. Ecoutant ! El desayuno se sirve directamente en el cuarto es guapo! Pero no la opción. Café, huevo duro y crocodilo señor... Sólo puedo desconsejarle este hotel que es demasiado caro en comparación con las prestaciones propuestas.

Excellent . I arrived and was upgraded to a sea view and checked in straight away. The staff are lovely and I felt very welcome. The room was great, very well equipped with a fantastic view overlooking the port. It’s a busy road with lots going on but it didn’t affect my sleep. I booked a table in the rooftop terrace and the food was delicious . I had a beef salad which was exceptional, alongside a great view, my dining experience was outstanding.

Our first room had bad damage and a mold smell. When we brought it up, they offered us to change rooms. We checked out three other rooms and they were all worse than the first. Because of time constraints, we decided to just deal with the first room and ask for a discount/partial refund. Management refused to do anything (even though the rate on THEIR website was lower that week than what we found on booking). So my friend asked if there was a room without carpet at least, since we assume most mold issues were coming from there. They said they had one room. This room was only marginally better but had plumbing sticking out of the wall in the shower, they couldn’t be bothered to remove the armoire to finish laying the laminate floor so there’s random carpet squares there. The painted over wallpaper in the whole room and there’s water damage and mold on it. Baseboard and trim areas were not nailed down properly and disgusting. Room wasn’t swept the majority of the time we were there and I don’t know if that’s something you have to ask for or not, but I would assume it would be done since they change towels. After we complained to booking, the manager came up to us in the morning, interrupted a conversation we were having with another guest and said “you complained to booking, now we have to solve this, how much do you want back?” We told her we had to be on time for a meeting but we could discuss the partial refund when we returned. She agreed. Later that day, we get an email from Booking saying that the hotel was only willing to refund us the remainder of our stay if we checked out that night. Mind you, we didn’t receive that email until around 5:15pm and we didn’t get back to the hotel until 8pm. We had also already explained to the manager that we weren’t going anywhere else which is why we only wanted a partial refund, to try and be fair. So not only did the manager choose not to discuss it with us as we’d agreed, but also tried to kick us out. Booking wanted to give us a full refund but couldn't without the corroboration of the hotel, per their vendor contract. So I contacted my bank for a chargeback and will be submitting photo evidence. A shame we had to go through all of that though. I would definitely say save yourself the trouble of dealing with this hotel.

Buenísima opción para pernoctar tanto a la hora de coger tu ferry como cuando regreses al Pireo en ferry. Habitación limpia con muy buena presión en la ducha. Mobiliario moderno y bien cuidado. El servicio gratuito de transporte hasta el puerto para enlazar con tu ferry es una maravilla que facilita todo. Nos ofrecieron una habitación superior a la contratada sin sobre coste. Dimitri de recepción es maravilloso y muy simpático. Buena limpieza. Ofrecen teléfono gratuito para llamadas internacionales, pero nosotros no lo usamos. Recomendable coger un taxi desde la estación de metro del Pireo hasta el hotel. Ya que son 20 minutos andando. Sobre todo si llevas mucho equipaje. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero para enlace es más que suficiente.

La ubicación no es mala, muy cerca del puerto de Pireaus. Si caminas rápido, definitivamente puedes llegar en diez minutos. La ubicación del hotel no es difícil de encontrar, o te bajarás del barco del Blue Star a las 11 en punto en medio de la noche y seguirás el mapa de Google. Mal, la habitación está muy limpia, todo el hotel ha sido renovado recientemente, por lo que parece bastante nuevo y limpio, es decir, el ascensor está un poco peor y las dos maletas grandes están casi llenas.
