The reception is great and the people are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice and the people are friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms and the view is fantastic. The swimming pool is wonderful, safe and suitable for all ages. There is a delivery service for 1 km

Hotel was modern, clean and quiet. 2 good swimming pools on the roof were well looked after and great for a morning swim. Breakfast was international with a good selection. Staff were polite and attentive

The hotel is a bit small but it’s rather quite new
Location is within a fine resort district so you will be sharing a lot of private beach and streets with other resort
There is a shuttle taking us here and there which is good
Some rooms are badly maintained though
I love the pool it’s the main reason I stay in this hotel

We would definitely come again and stay here. The hotel has Hilton level of service, cleanliness and food at an incredible price. The breakfast options were great and if was enjoying a big breakfast before heading out for the day. We loved the rooftop pool as well. To get to Bang Tao beach, they provide a shuttle service. In the end we just rented a scooter to get around.

You’ll never go wrong with a Hilton - I also really love the effort towards environmental sustainability. We had issues with oil spills in Phuket beaches, and the staff was kind enough to offer us cleaning supplies.

Rooms where very nice but we did find a cockroach.
Hotel doesn't offer much besides a pool and a restaurant. Pool is nice however.
Staff is very friendly but their English isn't of a level that you would expect at the Hilton. They also couldn't help us with carrying luggage to and from the room.
Breakfast was decent not much variation tough.

Everything was pretty okay about the hotel except for the reception who served me on day one. I find her pretty rude and she would converse in her native language and giggle with her colleagues. It was kind of unprofessional from her end and definitely make me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.
Apart from that, the rest of the crews were wonderful and it was a pleasant experience.

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for 3 weeks. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is really good and is in a nice environment. The two pools on the rooftop are very nice. The location is very good for both the beach and Boat Avenue for the local amenities especially with the mini bus. Would stay again.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. I had to ask for my sheets to be changed after 6 days! I had to ask for them to vacuum the rug. I think they must be understaffed as some days my room wasn't cleaned until 4pm! just not the level of service you'd expect from a Hilton. The fruit selection at the breakfast buffet was poor to say fruit is so abundant in Thailand they didn't have much of it. The breakfast area was always busy and again not enough staff to keep on top of it. The gym and pool are good, rooms are nice (unless you get a room facing the other hotel).
