Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

Un hotel muy rentable. El personal de servicio es muy bueno y receptivo. Me lastimé el pie antes de salir esta vez. En las notas del pedido, espero conseguir una habitación que sea conveniente para viajar. Lo necesitamos y organizamos directamente una mejora gratuita a la habitación en el primer piso al lado de la piscina. Cuando ampliamos nuestra estadía, la recepción del hotel temió que la explicación no fuera clara, por lo que llamaron al jefe para explicarle. la situación a nosotros. Me alojé por 2 noches y el hotel estaba muy limpio y cerca del casco antiguo, por lo que tuve una estancia cómoda. También hay una pequeña cocina, por lo que se recomienda para estancias largas. El personal es muy amable para que te sientas cómodo. Todo se controla descargando una aplicación, así que pensé que era un poco complicado. Este es un hotel recomendado si no está seguro.

Ibis Kata is located nearby Kata beach. The hotel has been around for a while, providing many bedrooms and lots of activities. The hotel itself is abit dated. Reception always get busy. Swimming pool area and breakfast area is pretty decent. There's also a shuttle van from hotel to kata beach and back (5 times a day). Although it is walkable distance too (have to walk around club med area). The telephone in our room is not working during the stay though. And also one of the elevator is out of service during the time as well. Anything else is decent and quite good. The bar lobby area is good for mingle with friends and families. There is also a taxi service from hotel to the airport, you can simply book in advance with the reception team. It is 1000.00 Thai Baht. Special shout out to K. Rujiret (Asst. Front Office Manager) and the crew for being so friendly and going extra miles to help each customer's request.

Gran hotel nuevo. El desayuno ahora es buffet, antes solo había a la carta, ahora puedes elegir. No hay nada súper especial en el buffet, casi todo es un desayuno tailandés estándar, lo único que me agradó fue la selección de quesos y embutidos (bastante parecidos a los normales, incluso había brie, salami, mortadela, etc.), y a veces hacían ensaladas interesantes (por ejemplo, ensalada de pulpo y patatas). La habitación dispone de cafetera Nespresso y el hotel proporciona cápsulas de café de forma gratuita. Puedes pedir más a las criadas. Pudieron concertar el check-in antes, pidieron un contacto por WhatsApp y tan pronto como quitaron el número escribieron inmediatamente. Hubo bebidas de bienvenida a su llegada. Pero muchas posibilidades para disfrutar de una comida de calle fantástica. Facil para entrar en contacto con las personas locales. Muchos supermercados para todas sus necesidades diarias. Usted necesita un coche o un Scooter/Motocicleta. La naturaleza alrededor del hotel es increíble y hermosa. Alquilé una motocicleta del hotel y hice muchos viajes a hermosas ubicación en la zona. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad. También me disfruté de la belleza de la naturaleza y el sentimiento de estar en la verdadera Tailandia y no sólo en el barullo turístico.

Nuestra estancia fue muy corta, ya que necesitábamos un lugar cerca del aeropuerto, pero no nos decepcionó. El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito que funciona en horarios específicos. También tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito a la playa y servicios de transporte para desplazarse por la propiedad.

A 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Me gustan los servicios gratuitos. La habitación familiar tiene dos pisos y dos camas. Las escaleras son muy peligrosas. La piscina es increíble. El personal es muy amable.

I stayed with my wife, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew in this hotel between December 30th, 2022, and January 2nd 2023. The rooms and facilities were very good, especially when you compare the level of service to the price you paid (50$ a night per room, including breakfast! And on new year’s eve!) Breakfast menu is average and includes an adequate numbers of options and variations. The pool is beautiful, clean, and spacious. But its only problem is being understaffed; there was only one guy who’s in charge of food and beverages as well as the towels! And the poor guy had to walk all the way up across many flights of stairs to get each order from the kitchen! He’s a humble and very helpful guy by the way, so be good and patient with him, Kasim you are the best! The hotel is isolated a little, but they provide free bus trips to Old Phuket Town on daily basis. We had a rented car so we had more freedom to move. Be careful while strolling at night, because you’re literally in the middle of a jungle, there are many kinds of insects and strange creatures roaming in and around the place at night, including billions of mosquitoes! Anyway! I’d definitely love to pay it another visit when I’m in Phuket next time, but only if I have a car or if I’m planning on having secluded time with my wife in the arms of nature.
