Me quedé en Supalai Resort un poco más que un viajero habitual porque tenía un asunto que procesar en el puerto deportivo Ao Po Grand, que está cerca.
Supalai Resorts se convirtió en mi hogar en Phuket, nos hicimos amigos del personal. Comida buena y asequible, excelente vista al mar.
Solo si necesitas ir a la ciudad de Phuket, será mejor que alquiles un coche, que también fue barato durante mi estancia.

Place is very nice and clean. Beautiful view. Service is good. This place really look like on the picture. Pleasant place to stay. Downtown little bit far, but hotel provide bus twice a day to the city centre.

The good things about this place:
1. clean

The disadvantages of the hotel:
1. the service is really low. The staff is not very professional and does not speak English. Because of this, misunderstandings and service errors constantly occurred.
2. The location is very remote and there is only one restaurant in the hotel. if you want to eat somewhere else, you must take a taxi to go into town and eat there.
3. There is a place on the shore that is marked as a “restaurant” on Google maps. when I tried to ask the employees about this, they told me that there was no restaurant on the shore.
In general, if you want to stay in a peaceful place and it's ok for you to eat the same food every day, this place will suit you 😊

When we arrived at the hotel, they couldn’t find our booking and it was a lot of back and forth with the rooms and them not checking for a booking under all passports. Then my son went to have lunch at their restaurant which made him extremely sick. We also paid 2000 Thai baht per person for the buffet New Years Eve dinner which was very limited, bland and only had one good dish, and only offered food no drinks at all. Their welcome drink was juice. The view was absolutely beautiful and the room was very clean. However, personally, my family and I would not stay there again.

The resort is ok. Located on a hill, with an interestjng view of the bay, however very hard to find, can't access on foot and nothing around. If you want some time off, great place. Otherwise, not the best. Food was good, although breakfast was a bit disappointing. The two swimming pools are great, specially the biggest one. The layout and the paths are not well designed, so elderly people or people with moving disabilities would have a problem. There's an useful shuttle service to a mall and Phuket Town, which helps a lot! Overall, an excellent place if you want to disconnect, but that's it.
