Para un hotel económico está bastante bien. Nuestra habitación tenía algunos errores aquí y allá, pero aparte de eso, la comida y las bebidas eran excelentes y muy bien de precio, todo el personal habla muy bien inglés y estaba dispuesto a ayudarnos con nuestro viaje de un día y el viaje en autobús a Siem Reap. La ubicación es ideal, hay tiendas locales muy cerca y un mercado nocturno increíble.

Worst service i have ever seen in this hotel.
Last night i was ready to leave the hotel and returned the key at the counter.Then A Young lady at the counter ask me to take the towel from unless she don't give my deposit money back.
Then i said pls go and check the room,i even didn't use the hotel towel.She forced me to get it back or leave the hotel right now
Finally i said i don't like the hotel rules,then the lady started shouting and called security to let me get out from the hotel..

Location is good, nice pool on top of the hotel and friendly staff in general. Yet they said our room would have a window, but it turned out it was facing the hallway and when we complained they didn't do anything with it. If you make sure you get a room with balcony, the view and experience should be much better.

Great experience. The door upstairs was excellent and well priced. They let us leave our luggage the next day as we explored. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable
