I first stayed at M Residence over a year ago and unfortunately I can say the quality of the rooms has gone downhill since then. All of the rooms are in need of a make over with lots of paint peeling off the walls. I stayed in two separate rooms during this last visit and each room had cockroaches. Customer service made me move rooms during my last night, because I didn’t pay “$7” extra for a room with an unblocked view. So they moved me into a new room, but the new room with the “blocked” view had an even better view of the city . Be careful of them trying to upsell you on this!

It's actually everything just not a regular hotel. Location is great, it's clean, convenient for a day or two but not more than that...

When we arrived receptionist don’t want to give river view to us. I show them what I booked from trip.com and I was allowed to check in after talking to him for 5 minutes，bad experience

Value for money. Location is good with a lot of restaurants in the area. The pool is huge but sun deck is really small compare to the size of pool. The beds need to be replaced. They use low cost bedding and we can feel the springs from the mattress. This is not to hotel standard but again the price is cheap for staying in BKK1 area.

AVOID TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET STRESS OUT!! Our recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were so thin that they want to charge extra $5 if you request extra pillow which is really unreasonable, mattress metal spring can touch your back when you lie on the bed , mattress too thin , you will never able to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the staff members we encountered seemed unfriendly and uninterested in providing exceptional customer service, all the issue we address they will only fix if we pay the extra charges, which further detracted from our overall experience.. WORST PART IS ,THEY GIVE US A ROOM WITH SLEEPING GUEST INSIDE , make me feel shock😲. The staff still insist no guest even if I saw that in my own eyes 😲😲🤦..after arguing and force them to check the room then they start to check..damn terrible experince! They collected deposit and never return, we decided to check out because of their terrible service but still the staff argue and dont want to give us back our deposit very rude and annoying!! Overall PLEASE AVOID TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL !!

적당히 잠만 잘만함/위치는 좋음 에어컨이 좀 오래돼서 소리가 났지만 나머지는 평이했음 방 크기는 조금 작았는데 하루만 자서 크게 불편하지는 않았음
