Our family had a lovely lunch stop at this charming location en route from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. Property ***ager, Amish Mathur spared no effort in making us comfortable and we enjoyed an organic, healthy and delicious meal. The property itself is beautifully restored, and we would have loved to have stayed there for a night, had we had the time.

Stay at Zone Palace, Phalodi was a great experience. I stayed there for almost a month for a work related visit. The old haveli's architecture casts a spell on you the moment you enter. The rooms are given a royal touch and the arches, aisles and courtyard of the hotel are picturesque. The rooms are well maintained and the ***ager, Mr. Amish Mathur and Mr. Karan at front office are always available to address any needs even if it's a small issue. The staff is polite and receives you with a warm smile always. Mr. Netaram leads the kitchen and he specifically asks for what dish to prepare and you can alter the cuisine based on your taste. The kitchen staff was hospitable and we'll trained. The weather was also good when I visited Rajastan with light rains and moderate temperatures. The hotel is included with amenities like pool, bar, outdoor dining and a museum exhibiting Jain culture. Excellent ambience, very hygienic, quality of food and their varities is awesome. Hospitality highest order. Streets are little narrow and have to take a rickshaw from the main street. A memorable place to visit

I was on a multi stop trip in Rajasthan and Phalodi was my pit stop for the night. This hotel turned out to be a great place. Things that were great: 1. Hospitality a. courteous staff. who were always ready to help. b. There is a museum attached the hotel. They were kind enough to open that just for me and give a detailed walk through of it. c. The ***ager in particular was a great person to talk to. We had an excellent conversation where he spoke about the history of the place | things to do around. 2. Food Food was great. I had had pre booked dinner and breakfast. There was no buffet but they ensured - i had a multi course meal both times. Customised to my taste and preferences. What could have been better: A little proactiveness in checking the room. For example there was a problem with the AC in the room. Upon request they promptly allotted a different room but could have been avoided.

Beautiful and heritage palace. Mr. Karan (front desk) was very helpful and welcoming. The food was great, Chef Sunil prepared it. The rooms were very tidy cosy and clean. Would recommend to stay for min 2 nights for full palace experience.
