En este hermoso lugar, llegamos a celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas de Ruby sólo para descubrir que la compañía de reservas de la tercera fiesta que usamos y pagamos no nos había aconsejado que el Hotel se reservase plenamente. Afortunadamente, el personal del resort en la recepción Adam y su colega disculpó no haber tomado su nombre en el reverso para tratar de encontrar una habitación que finalmente han manejado con mucho esfuerzo. El hotel estaba muy ocupado debido a una boda y una fiesta privada que se quedaba ahí. La habitación y el alojamiento son muy agradables. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel y el personal no sólo en la recepción, sino en todo el hotel durante nuestra estancia.

Pros: - Brilliant service on arrival. - Free room upgrade - excellent room- very clean! - IHG members prize of a free glass of Prosecco - Free treats for the room - Lovely grounds for a nature walk, with deer roaming the site - Breakfast and dinner at the Tudor restaurant was impeccable. Fantastic service and delicious food. Cons: - The swimming pool and jacuzzi are too cold. - The sauna and steam room are quite small and very basic. -The reception of the pool/spa is untidy and cluttered and the service is poor in this area which is unlike the rest of the hotel. - We messaged asking for room service (fresh milk and some ice) and sadly this did not arrive. Overall: would recommend if your priority is the hotel, food and grounds but it is not for you f if you are looking for a pool/spa visit.

Farnborough Travelodge staffs especially Kailash and Priti have been amazing. They greeted with warm smile and waited on us patiently as my group were deciding on their drink orders. They got our drinks right and served us efficiently . The location is excellent as it is only less than 10 mins walk away from the Farnborough train station . Overall mine and my friends experience has been really positive and friendly . Love it hope to be back .
