We arrived at night at Jnane Rihane Marrakesh, was received by a lovely young man abdul(not sure of spelling)He took time to explain everything, took us to the room and our luggage. This place is a wee gem beautiful full of plants flowers its a breath of fresh air in all the heat its calming, relaxing and peaceful. You have breakfast/ meals in the gardens which is amazing and chilled. Food and service is top notch, Morrocon breakie is a great start of the day. The pool which is beside the eating with enough space between is fantastic and open all times and an amazing large space jacuzzi space which comes on regularly perfect n a big plus. I will defos come back rooms are fab, spacious n great cooling system fab showers and toilet. The cleaners do a fab job and are very kind, very clean corners all round. This Riad has a beautiful museum a room you can just chill. Staff check on you to make sure you are well, we got complementary drinks/fruits on hot days and we got a treat lunch from Riad owner which was delicious. I will defos return n tell my family n friends coz the hospitality was wonderful. Ishmael thank you ,Mami and Hend just to mention a few thank you all.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, ubicación a poca distancia del mercado de souvenirs, todo el personal muy amable, el desayuno era bueno, recibía té y bocadillos gratis cada vez que regresaba del exterior, limpiaban la habitación todos los días, no hay nada de qué quejarse

Limpieza Hay dos mantas en la cama y duermes entre ellas, pero no se lavan. Simplemente se doblan y se colocan cada mañana. Claro que no hay sábanas, así que creo que es un lugar para quienes no les importe. El salón, la ducha y el baño eran viejos, pero estaban limpios. Ubicación Está a poca distancia del casco antiguo. Llegar es complicado, pero una vez que te acostumbras, es fácil. Las calles de Marrakech son laberínticas, y estoy seguro de que es difícil encontrar alojamiento, así que no le resté mucho valor. Servicio El espacio de relax en la azotea del riad era agradable. Era un día despejado de febrero, con unos 22 grados y una suave brisa, lo que lo hacía muy cómodo. El salón también era encantador. No sabía mucho sobre el Riad en Marruecos, pero después de la estancia entendí la cultura más. Llegamos a la noche y no pudimos encontrar el Riad por un tiempo algunos locales nos ayudaron a localizarlo a través de las calles (Lo que necesitaban consejos pero no teníamos suficiente dinero aún) Fue más asustado caminar por las calles que parecía, pero bastante caótico La carretera principal. El interior era lindo no podía decir demasiado en la llegada pero el día siguiente podía ver el interior hermoso. Limpio y alojamiento. El anfitrión era amigable y recomendaba mucho que hacer. El desayuno no era para mí, pero mi amigo lo disfrutó

Don’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed. The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests. That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully. The pool is too cold!

Este hotel tiene un paisaje precioso y las recepcionistas son encantadoras y serviciales. Sin embargo, uno de los empleados del bar restaurante parece que solo habla con clientes árabes o francófonos. Fue muy molesto. Lo primero que le pregunté por el menú fue cuando esperaba a que mi habitación estuviera lista en el bar; olvidó por completo mi petición; estaba hablando con dos huéspedes franceses. El segundo día me gritó cuando estaba tomando una foto porque no sabía que el lugar era una terraza para una habitación de invitados, sin letrero ni puerta cerrada. Me sentí muy incómodo y molesto. En fin, la habitación está bien, pero el servicio definitivamente no es de 5 estrellas.

The Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax. Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe. I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect. Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
