We’ve just returned from a truly perfect 9-night stay at Katikies Santorini and already wish we were back. From start to finish, everything was faultless. Sofia and the entire team were absolutely brilliant – genuinely warm, attentive without ever being overbearing, and always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully kept, and the views are simply incredible – one of those places that really does live up to the photos (if not exceed them). Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly. Having spent nine nights here, I’d honestly recommend staying at least a week, if not longer, to properly take it all in. It’s one of those places that isn’t meant to be rushed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a bit more time. Being among the few guests staying longer really allowed us to appreciate it fully, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, frente al mar, sentarse en la casa puede ver el atardecer. El servicio de la recepción está muy pequeño, nuestro barco ha llegado a las 11:40 horas, se queda más de las 12 horas por la noche, el tiempo de Beijing ya está por la mañana, se queda bien bajo la coordinación de la plataforma Trip.com y los agentes comerciales. Gracias a la plataforma, a los agentes y al personal de servicio del hotel.

設施：入住時洗手間桑拿設施壞了，浴缸熱水一直上不來不能泡浴缸。 衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。 環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。 服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。 個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas, pero en realidad todas las instalaciones y servicios están en 4 estrellas. También tienen una larga hora de servicio de mesa frontal y navegación, etc... La habitación es muy confortable y grande, y tiene todo lo que necesitas, incluso con cocina en mi apartamento. ¡Nos encantamos mucho y pasamos una noche maravillosa con las ondas azul!

Nos alojamos en la suite nupcial. La vista era preciosa, pero la parada de autobús estaba a unos 20 minutos a pie, cuesta abajo. Lo mejor es subir por el camino asfaltado, por donde pasan los coches. Los caminos empedrados de la isla son sinuosos y difíciles de recorrer, lo que hace que la distancia parezca aún mayor. Aunque está alejada de la calle principal de Fira, a veces veíamos gente trepando por los jardines para sacar fotos desde la terraza. La atención al cliente podría mejorar teniendo en cuenta el precio. Es una pena que se vea el interior de las habitaciones desde la terraza. El desayuno tenía mucho pan. Creo que una habitación con balcón sería más satisfactoria que la suite nupcial. El mar era tan bonito que la playa parecía más agradable que la piscina de nuestra habitación. Fue un detalle que hubiera un dispensador de agua gratuito en recepción y 1,5 litros de agua en la habitación. Las cúpulas azules eran sin duda más bonitas vistas desde Oia.

We had a wonderful stay here! The breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. The driver was able to take us where we wanted to go, the snack/bar man was friendly and the woman at th front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We had an amazing time at the pool and it's only 10 minutes or less from the picturesque Oia view. The room had adorable details, down to a welcome basket with a tote bag and bottle of wine. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The villa is outside the centrum area which is so peaceful, only the alley to go there is a bit difficult for me who has knee problem because of up and down walk, 15-20 minutes walking to the bus stop and 20-25 minutes walking to the centrum which is the top tourists area, there's a nice restaurant nearby with a reasonable price compared to the centrum, the amenities is always refilled, Euginia is very nice and always asking what to refill for the breakfast, the housekeeper name Azad is also nice and very hospitable, the jacuzzi makes us thrill 😆 and the balcony with amazing view to the ocean and Island, overall I enjoyed staying here 😇

Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

All the staff at this hotel are very polite,friendly and willing to help with whatever queries or needs you may have. Location is the best, close to everything. Pool area and facilities great and special mention to Maggi at the pool and bar area always smiling makes you feel very comfortable. Gentleman Ilia and his wife prepare a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and were fantastic to interact. Yanis at reception and the rest of the staff were great to deal with and anytime I decide in visiting Santorini I definitely stay at this hotel. I have nothing but praise for this place and strongly recommend it. Alex and Silvana
