Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport. The hotel amenities were well maintained and added great value to the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would happily stay here again in the future.

La habitación estaba limpia en general ☺️, pero prácticamente no había nada. Ni siquiera servilletas. Prácticamente no había servicio. Incluso me dijeron que no tenían microondas para calentar algo. Está un poco lejos del casco antiguo. No me volvería a alojar allí.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

El pequeño inglés fluido de diez años de edad en la tienda de atrás es muy entusiasta y invitado, le da mucha ayuda y calor! ¡Así que el huéspede es bueno!

Комната попалась маленькая и темная, но мне надо было только переночевать перед поездом в Батуми - для таких целей отель отличный, вокзал в 5 минутах ходьбы. Оставаться на дольше я бы не стала. Матрас удобный, постельное хорошее. Единственный минус (он же для кого-то плюс) рядом Дезертирский рынок, и может быть там в нолночь была какая-то разгрузка-погрузка, или просто рядом с отелем что-то грузили, так что заснуть сразу не получилось - высокая слышимость у таких работ (постоянно что-то грохотало часов до 2-х ночи). Рядом есть обменник и спар 24ч. В номере есть чайник.

Замечательный отель, большой уютный номер, новая сантехника, прекрасное расположение в историческом центре старого города. Есть кухня со всем необходимым и столовая. Очень внимательный хозяин. Мы прекрасно отдохнули. Рекомендую этот отель
