UUsuario invitadoVery nice hotel located conveniently at bus stop 2. Staff very friendly and we were able to communicate with google translate. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - when there were few guests I told them what time I would eat breakfast and it was prepared for me. When there were many guests it was a buffet.
Just minus one point because the bathroom was not cleaned properly - the toilet was not clean, someone else’s toothbrush had been left, and the shower was extremely leaky.
I recommend this hotel as the overall experience was good and it was good value.

UUsuario invitadoGreat hotel, but we came off season so probably that’s why it didn’t meet our expectations. The staff and rooms in the hotel istelf are very nice, but the area around feels like a complete ghost town. Nothing is open and there is nowhere to eat in the area, only a 5 minute drive by car to the nearby”Shangri-La town” where only a few restaurants are open. Overall the hotel itself was good, breakfast was okay and it’s fairly close to the Yading park (10 minutes drive). We hope to come back in the summer for a better experience!

OOsmanthus latteIt’s a decent place to stay. However, it gets cold during the night. I don’t see a heater in the room, except the one in the bathroom. The exhaust fan that also can work as a heater. Maybe that’s the one? There is convenient store nearby and also plenty of restaurant. It takes around 10 minutes by car to reach yading scenic park. At the time during my visit, there is a construction going on nearby. It gets pretty noisy during the day, since the homestay located near the intersection. All the trucks and cars kept honking each other. Other than that, it’s an okay stay.

UUsuario invitadoThe location of the HomeStay is excellent. It is located at the end of the street of a quieter corner away from the busy street.
Just a short walk you will have access to many eateries and shops.
The interior decoration is uniquely furnished with ******* style design transporting us into a real local ******* family home without the need to be physically in Tibet.
The Owner of the HomeStay is very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to ******* culture and explained the significance of Animals painting on the wall and how it translates into daily life. Animals consisted of Elephant, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird.
He also made us their fragrance 酥油茶 suyou cha which is good to counter Altitude sickness 高反。
Cat is also a sacred animal in ******* culture.
The price of the HomeStay is very reasonable with the excellent location and service. It has free laundry service, however you need to hang them dry in an outdoor clothes line. It will dry quickly as the weather is very dry/sunny.
I would highly recommend this HomeStay to everyone who likes to go to Daocheng Yading.
Lastly, I would like to thank the Owner and his Sister for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Room with lot of space with electric blanket and very comfortable heater. We have good night sleep at this hotel after long trekking day.
The staff are very helpful
and the hotel in a short walk from supermarket and food shops.

UUsuario invitadoVery friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

NNYimpressionEste hotel tiene una atmósfera tranquila en la ciudad de Daocheng. No lejos de la plaza de baile. Puede caminar 25-30 minutos de la estación de autobús durante el día (a la noche recomienda taxi). El hotel está a sólo un bloque cerca del río y puede caminar a la Torre Blanca.
El hotel cuenta con un personal amigable, su nombre es Tan Hongli (por favor, use la aplicación de traductores para comunicar en chino), y puede ayudarle y cuidar siempre de todos los clientes en casa.
La habitación es grande y cuenta con una recepción de té en la ventana.
Recomiendo a los amigos de este hotel y repita.

AAdamSoy tailandés y esta es mi primera visita. Estoy profundamente impresionado y muy agradecido. Un miembro del personal fue muy servicial, lo que hizo que mi viaje fuera agradable y sin contratiempos. PPTinEl hotel está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses de Yading, a solo 5 minutos a pie y con escaleras cortas (sin dificultad). Sin embargo, hay otra forma de llegar al hotel. Debido a que el pueblo de Riwa es pequeño y está conectado por senderos, cuenta con todos los servicios y el proceso de registro es sencillo.
Al ser el pueblo de Riwa muy pequeño, encontrará numerosas tiendas de alimentación y supermercados.
El único inconveniente es que no se puede contactar con el hotel por WeChat. Sin embargo, puede llegar fácilmente al hotel desde la aplicación Amap buscando ”Daocheng Yading Xiangya Shan Holiday Inn”. Si busca ”Ivory Mountain”, no lo encontrará.
