The property is at the very top end in luxury mountain lodges and probably the best I have stayed at in China and offers an experience that exceeds Songtsam and others in this space. It has a stunning location closer to the mountains than the lodging in Yading village which is both good (lots of quiet , better views) and not so good (rides into the village are needed). The service is excellent and very attentive. The rooms are top notch and have an exquisite ******* design. There is even an outdoor pool for the summer season. While the prices are fair for what one gets it does perhaps mean lower occupancy (at least on our visit). After staying three nights did not hesitate to book another stay

La población más satisfecha que vivimos en el viaje de Jiangxi, salimos de Aden, llegó en diez minutos de conducción, en el pueblo, siguiendo la navegación, estábamos muy bien en la ciudad de Shangrila la primera noche, demasiado dormido y no duerme bien, la gente está en el pueblo, super tranquilo. El jefe es muy entusiasta, nos ha dado un plato de aceite de salchicha, ofrece su propia fruta y cerveza, y la comida está en el jardín, muy recomendado!!!

Visitar la reserva de la naturaleza Yading es una vez en una experiencia de vida y permanecer en el pueblo mismo fue una necesidad para mí. Este hotel debe tener una de las mejores vistas en la aldea de Yading. Está situado en la parte superior de la aldea. La ubicación es conveniente justo al lado de la parada de autobús 1. El personal de la oficina principal Simone es muy responsivo y tratará de ayudarla con todo lo que necesite. Las habitaciones son muy luminosas y cómodas. El duche es grande y el agua caliente viene rápidamente. Ofrecen té gratis y 2 botellas de agua potable. Sobre todo, creo que el precio de la habitación es realmente grande valor.

Good service, clean and welcome to explain how to travel on their village. Local breakfast as natural and nature. I like and recommended this hotel.

The hotel is located inside Yading National Park and is very clean. It’s conveniently situated right next to Bus Stop No. 3. On our way there, we asked the hotel staff to help pick up our luggage when the bus stopped at Stop 3, so we could continue walking the shorter route. The staff were very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay — always ready to help with anything we needed. They even came to see us off when we took the bus back. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Yading!

En primer lugar, quiero dar las gracias a las dos jóvenes en la recepción diaria por su ayuda, especialmente en la traducción- no hablo ni chino ni *******. Cuando me quedé, este hotel tenía una clientela enorme, aunque las vacaciones nacionales eran demasiado numerosas, entrenadores y minibuses. Con tantas personas allí por una razón - caminando en el Yading National Park - el desayuno tenía un sentimiento de base-campo, como la gente se apresuró a llegar a la montaña o al aeropuerto. La situación del hotel es buena justo fuera de la ciudad de Shangri-la (y justo a la puerta del hospital) La habitación es muy agradable y muy caliente.

酒店硬件設施中規中矩不出彩，但前台小姐姐服務非常好，服務體驗堪比麗晶和六善。ihg會員專屬櫃枱正常開設，不像有的酒店會員櫃枱無人值守，形同虛設。check-in的時候剛好有個旅行團也在辦理，高卡會員免排長隊優先辦理入住的感受着實很好，這點表揚。前台小姐姐在入住期間耐心講授高反注意事項和稻城亞丁景區遊玩攻略，非常熱情耐心，好評！另外房卡很有特色，是藏族服飾的一男一女兩張人形卡片，得到前台允許後帶走收藏了～

Very friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

The best hotel we stayed in! Room was spacious and clean, great bathrobes and towels, heated floors, very comfortable bed, the bathtub was wonderful, smart toilet and a nice view. Staff were nice. Only thing to mention- when we first checked in we were shown a different room than the one I booked (no bathtub, no view and also much smaller). When I asked why the room is different than the picture, staff claimed this is an upgraded room (I honestly couldn’t see anything better and “upgraded” in the new room), we asked to have the original room we booked and they didn’t have an issue with this.
