El hotel está limpio. Buen servicio mental. El desayuno es bueno y razonable. Recomiendo alojarse en este hotel. Dos edificios de habitaciones, dos estilos de decoración.

Ubicación no conveniente, no hay nada cerca para comer o entretenerse. Desayuno local y limitado.

This hotel was overrated from five stars. The room was not well maintained. When we arrived at check in time at 2pm, we had to wait for one more hour with the excuse that room was not finish cleasing yet. Breakfast was so so , nothing impressive. Parking lot is limited. And we need to park on the street.

The room is spacious, with a reasonable amount of parking. Having a car is recommended if you plan to go anywhere, as it's not within walking distance given the Thai weather.

Upon arrival, I found that guests who book a Classic room are required to check in at the white building located at the back of the property. The lobby was pleasantly surprising — it was elegant, and the subtle fragrance throughout created a relaxing atmosphere. During check-in, the staff provided clear and detailed information. I would especially like to commend Ms. Lee, who was both friendly and informative. Her warm and engaging manner helped ease the heat and made the check-in experience even more pleasant. To my surprise, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was not the one I had originally booked — in a good way! It turned out that the hotel had generously upgraded all three of our rooms, which was truly impressive and appreciated. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed and bedding were of high quality, comparable to those of 4- to 5-star hotels. In my opinion, this level of comfort at such a price point is exceptional. I also found the bathroom to be particularly spacious and well-designed. The swimming pool was another highlight, with separate sections for adults and children, making it ideal for both friends and families with young kids. We had breakfast at the restaurant near the lobby. While the dining area felt a bit crowded due to the number of guests (possibly because it was a weekend), it wasn’t a major issue. The hotel ensured that the food was constantly replenished — nothing was left empty for long, which demonstrated great attention to detail. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and value for money makes this property highly recommendable. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would not hesitate to return on my next visit to Pattaya.

I am recently stayed at the Mandarin Eastville Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The Japanese-themed room was exceptionally comfortable, with a cozy bed and immaculate linens that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room itself was impeccable, which made my stay feel truly rejuvenating. However, I did notice a slight issue with the balcony area: there were bird droppings on the floor and the seat cushions. While this didn’t majorly impact my stay, a bit more attention to outdoor maintenance would elevate the experience. The breakfast selection was a highlight! The variety was impressive, featuring unique options like Thai-style boat noodles and grilled skewers alongside traditional dishes. It catered well to diverse tastes. Lastly, the staff deserves special mention. The front desk team was consistently friendly, approachable, and greeted guests with warm smiles—a small touch that made a big difference. In summary, this hotel offers great value with its comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, and welcoming service. With minor tweaks to balcony upkeep, it could be flawless. I’d gladly return!

I love how big the bed is😂 and all staff were very nice always checking on us and great services. The room is clean and smell great. Will be back for sure!

Good place to stay for your vacation. The hospitality and accommodation are great. However, the parking lot is not the best option for you in the long holiday season. I would recommend you to visit this hotel and I will be back again.

Having two buildings, up to your luck. I requested to have the high floor but when checked in, the receptionist gave me room on the first floor.. Surprised! Yes it was not guaranteed my request. Somehow, she changed for me .. I appreciated that Hotel room was great , spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Overall I rated 10 for the room. They had group tour sometime, when I visited, there was Chinese group, then full of them for breakfast time.

We stayed at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya for 2 nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The location was good — not too far from the main attractions, but still peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. It was easy to get around and felt just right for a couple’s trip. The hotel was impressively clean. From the lobby to the room, everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the stay. The service was friendly and professional. Staff were welcoming and always ready to help. There’s a bit of room for improvement in terms of speed, but overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with the team. We really liked the facilities. The pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel design and overall vibe gave a luxurious and modern feel. We didn’t try too much of the food, but the breakfast we had was enjoyable. It wasn’t the standout of the stay, but it was still a nice start to our day. All in all, it was a great stay for us as a couple. The hotel strikes a good balance between comfort, quality, and atmosphere. Would definitely consider coming back in the future.
