Relais Forte Benedek Wine & Spa - Adults Only

Hotel is lovely and the rooms are really beautiful. Breakfast was nice however a little bland which really surprised me given how lovely the evening food is. Staff at the hotel were very friendly, one lady was even texting her friends to find out where we could watch the Rugby. We did the wine tasting which was superb, we left wanting to buy all the wines and chutneys. I would highly recommend this. The lady that did this was lovely, The only thing I found disappointing was that I had paid for a romantic package on arrival and it seemed to have got missed. I had to vacate the room for them to set it up, which took the whole surprise element away. So I’d recommend emailing them before to ensure it doesn’t get missed if you are planning to do the same. There isn’t much local to the hotel, so if you want to get out and explore lake Garda you are looking at €40 each way in a taxi. Verona was around the same price and the airport was €70. We did really enjoy our stay however I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are planning to explore lake Garda. It was the perfect restful retreat.

We stayed for 2 nights. Really nice room and beautiful premises. The pool area is amazing. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows the most comfortable that I have slept with. Amazing breakfast where you can choose whatever you want from a menu. Would higly recommend!

We spent three nights in the premium studio suite. The hotel is very new, modern, and well-designed, with a high level of cleanliness. You can have a nice view from the garden of hotel. Breakfast is served in the room for free and it's really complete. The jacuzzi is also spacious, clean, and in good working order. The swimming pool can be used only between May and September. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, and in less than 20 minutes, you can reach Garda Lake by bus (though the bus doesn't come so often, every one to two hours), and the ticket is around €3. For traveling from Verona to here, you can also take the same bus line, and the ticket is €3.7. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of you. They also offer professional massages at the hotel. Overall, one of the best hotels I've been to, and I definitely recommend it.

Lovely setting, stunning historic fort and views of lake Garda from the pool and panoramic walk; especially at sunset. The staff are polite and attentive. The massage was great (staff hoovered outside during but even that noise couldn’t interrupt the relaxing vibes). Only negative is the chef and menu. They aim for a high level and dinner is instagrammable, however the chef is not able to keep up with the advertised quality. The food for breakfast and dinner do not meet expectations compared to the menu. I would return for warmer months, but would eat elsewhere. Keep in mind it is within the grounds of an old fort, and is not overly spacious (nor private)

Everything about this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The modern, very comfortable rooms where every little detail has been thought about; the refreshing toiletries, the relaxing poolside with superb service, the Austrian fort which provides an amazing backdrop and key architectural feature which the hotel is built around, and most importantly the very helpful and fantastic staff that made my stay so amazing. Dinner by the pool was very pleasant, and there are some great restaurants and bars nearby if you want to venture out into the small village of Pastrengo. Check-in was thoroughly efficient, and the sparkling wine and olive oil taster provided as part of the welcome was a really nice touch too. Breakfasts were excellent with a vast choice, and you pre-order the night before (I may have ordered too much the 1st morning!). Poolside service was excellent too. Special mention to the guy who served me drinks in the pool (you were first class – sorry I don’t think I got your name), Elizabeta, Sylvana, the owners and everyone else I forgot to mention! This is such a great choice of hotel. You may have seen the bad reviews from last year. However, they were starting out and had teething problems which they also mentioned to me at reception funnily enough, but rest assured, all of these problems have been rectified. This is going to be a really up and coming hotel to stay at in my opinion. This is the real deal!

Staying here for the first time for 10 days and I am really impressed. What a great place. In the middle of Pastrengo near a lots of a fantastic sights such a outstanding Agriturismo. The property is something special, magical, stylish and cool, brand new and very central. The highlight is the pool area. Every room has its own comfortable double sun bed and sunshade, so no stress if you come back late from sightseeing or other matters. A huge swimming pool with pool service and a nice chill out music in the background. I like the al a card breakfast, every day you fill up a form and choose what you want. Also you can have dinner there. I didn’t try, therefore I am not able to rate it. The room is really nice, with comfy bed, balcony, nice bathroom with steam bath and a calm aircon. Staff overall very friendly, kind and attentive and uncomplicated. Peschiera, Lazise and Bardolino are reachable within 15 minutes. Verona around 30 minutes. Many good restaurants around here, but car is necessary. The property is easy to find by google maps, gps didn’t find. You are doing a good job, thanks a lot. Definitely come back for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the grounds were impeccable.

Beautiful location and pool area. Very up to date, modern rooms. Impressive historic remains on property. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. Romantic options. High tech approach. Quiet. Reasonable price for the quality. As good as it gets!

We fully enjoyed our honeymoon stay in the Forte Benedek! The rooms are always clean and stylish decorated. The service was great and the staff always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend to try the dinner menu. All courses were tasty and well prepared. Our highlight was the breakfast served in our room. The breakfast menu offers a variety of delicious options. We will surely come back to celebrate our anniversary.
