UUsuario invitadoDas Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen.
Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig.
Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen.
Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

Nice and quiet location, but you will need a motobike to get to the restaurants etc. No grab operates in the area.
The hotel is large, clean. The rooms are a little dated but ok, functional but dark, no chairs to sit on the balcony. Hotel does host large groups of tourists so the early morning ”towel wars” are a feature and breakfast can get quite busy.
It has tennis and pickleball court but no ball or rackets to play with, we asked and we were told to use our own.
The pools are nice and large, the beach faces east which makes it perfect place to watch the sunrise.
Unfortunately, the hotel also has a ”petting zoo” - three small cages, one with rabbits, one with squirrels and one with birds. Sadly the animals are not care for well - when we arrived the rabbits had no water and the squirrels water has not been changed for days. We asked several times for the animals to get water - we were repeatedly told someone will do it. No-one did it, in the end we had to do it ourselves and did it for the remainder of the 4 days we were there. Despite number of the staff tending to the gardens around the cages, noone apparently had a spear second to top up the animals' water in 30+ degree heat. The animals have no enrichment either.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy bonito! La mercancía es muy llena y agradable! Estamos muy agradecidos a la gente que trabaja allí!
Las habitaciones son exactamente las mismas que en las fotos, no muy grandes, pero hermosas con todas las cosas necesarias
Uno menos es comida, porque es lo suficientemente bueno si te quedas durante varios días como 3-5 días, pero nos quedamos durante dos semanas y terminamos con fiebres de pho (que por cierto es SUPER GOOD) o dos huevos con pan, alternando cada día y una salada. Porque los otros dos sandwiches son muy simples y no quieres comer más de dos veces, y las platas de pescado no son adecuadas para todos.
El hotel está en una situación de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad, pero es un hotel de gran calidad.
El segundo menos es el ruido - vivimos en la esquina y oímos a todos en la mañana, niños gritando en la piscina a las 7:00, la calle, y personas que estaban entrando en el territorio y hablando porque nuestra habitación está básicamente en la zona de entrada. Podría ser grande al menos cerca de la puerta de la noche y añadir la regla con grandes cartas cerca de la piscina para permanecer tranquilo al menos hasta las 8:00, no todos quieren despertar temprano en las vacaciones

MMadHelgaОчень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят.
Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом)))
Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно.
Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти.
В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

Это отель для тех кто хочет уединиться и насладиться океаном, находясь при этом в центре Муйне. И вид с вашей веранды будет дополнительным бонусом!

UUsuario invitadoStayed during peak season, so we expected it to be busy. However, we were told only one room was available and had to upgrade at nearly three times our original booking price. For that rate, the room was small and below expectations.
The most concerning issue was the lack of hot water. We reported it multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would fix it, but it was never resolved during our stay. Hot water is a basic standard, especially at this price level.
There was initially no kettle in the room. It was eventually found in another location, but this could have been clearly communicated instead of requiring repeated follow-ups.
Breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee was not hot. When I requested a hot coffee, I was told I would need to pay extra, which was disappointing given the overall experience.
The following day, as the holiday period ended, a large number of guests checked out and room availability increased significantly. The room rates also dropped dramatically. This suggests the premium rate charged the night before was purely due to temporary peak demand, without a corresponding level of service or quality.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

Estoy comparando con otros hoteles que yo escogería este en el servidor en el mismo estribor absolutamente vale la pena el $ como si tuviéramos nuestra propia playa muy privada

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

UUsuario invitadoBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
