Overall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.

¡Un hotel realmente maravilloso! Todo el personal fue muy amable 😊 El desayuno era a partir de las 6:30 a. m. y había una gran variedad para elegir. La habitación era preciosa. ¡Me impresionó especialmente la calefacción por suelo radiante! Todo fue perfecto, quiero volver. ¡Me encanta Uzbekistán!

A comfortable night stay for layover before the next day’s flight. Location is close to the airport so shortened the travel distance. There’s not much offering around the hotel but it doesn’t bother us since it is only for a night. Friendly staff and able to converse in English and mandarin. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable though we do encounter 2-3 times of power blackout that happened over a short interval of time. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a bigger room foc. Breakfast spread was decent, mainly catered for mainland tourists as it seems to be their main guest profile for the hotel. The hotel arranged for complimentary transfer to the airport when we checked out which was highly appreciated.

Для долгого проживания это действительно комфортный вариант. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый: помогали по всем вопросам и быстро реагировали на просьбы. Завтраки достойные, можно спокойно питаться каждый день. Уборка проводится регулярно, при необходимости — ежедневно. Важно понимать, что это не формат пятизвёздочного отеля и не стоит ожидать премиального уровня интерьеров. Есть небольшие нюансы по состоянию и оформлению, но с учётом цены всё соответстветствлвадо ожиданиям. Спасибо за тёплый приём и комфортное пребывание. 🇷🇺🇺🇿

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

Отель очень и очень старый. Номера ужасные, требуют ремонта еще лет тридцать назад. Ужасная слышимость, сантехнику я даже такую не видел, видимо из 80-х. Вода бежит через раз) Но при этом полный набор умывальных принадлежностей. Отличное месторасположение в самом центре, рядом метро. И очень хорошие и разнообразные завтраки - которые очень понравились! Кстати, у нас еще и стройка под окном была 🙈
