UUsuario invitadoEl personal fue muy amable. Reservé una estancia de cinco noches. Una chica me recibió en recepción los tres primeros días y un empleado llamado SAIDAZIZ los dos siguientes; ambos fueron muy amables. Al cuarto día, el sistema falló, indicando que solo tenía cuatro noches de estancia. Este empleado me ayudó a solucionarlo e incluso me dio dos imanes para la nevera como compensación. El hotel es nuevo y está bastante limpio, pero el servicio de limpieza no fue muy puntual, ya que siempre empezaba por la noche. El desayuno se servía todas las mañanas; era un bufé con una gran variedad de platos, principalmente occidentales.

ZZed WandersThe place is not located very far away from the city center. You can grab a taxi online under three dollars to the downtown area of Tashkent. But the location is not the best part about this hotel , because there’s much more than the location that they can offer. The rooms are very clean and neat and the staff is very friendly. The room offers many amenities that are very high standard. Such as one time use slippers, the toothbrush with floss. They also give you free breakfast, which is quite nice and actually because I visited here during Ramadan the buffet area wasn’t so crowded. They also offer you a swimming pool with Turkish style sauna , the pool itself is small, but sauna was quite relaxing. There is the receptionist guy named Anvar , such a great help with anything you need. I appreciate the cleanliness and friendly environment thr most. I remember 100 out of 10.

MMohisheykhI stayed at Shoxjahon Hotel as a solo traveler. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The location was good and convenient, though not perfect, but still easy to get around.
The service was average overall. Staff were polite but not very proactive. Amenities were also basic and could be improved, especially for longer stays.
Overall, it’s a decent option if cleanliness is your priority and you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay.

UUsuario invitadoI booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you!
Negative aspects:
—-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here)
—-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working!
Positive aspects:
—-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one!
—-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive.
—-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much )
—-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better
—-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there!
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

VVinhhongA las 8:00 me encontré y me saludó un personal en el turno de la noche (no le pregunté su nombre). Pero a principios de la mañana estaba esperando por 9-9:30 no hay nadie que lo supiera . También pedí una salida tardía, dijo que sólo podía extenderse hasta 1:00, a menos que necesite asentar un 50% extra y acepté que mi vuelo es 22:30 pero en la mañana cuando vine a asentar una salida tardía, No hay otra cosa que no sepa cómo hacer sólo ellos dijeron que se verán con su gerente. Una vez más, tengo un amigo que viene a visitarme a las 1:00, pero el hotel no permitió y el personal de la noche otra vez , detener a mi amigo y decir que puede quedarse en mi habitación
Sólo 3mn, si tarde más de 3mn, llamará mi número de habitación o incluso enviar a alguien . dijo que esta es la regla del hotel . Omg . El modo en que respondió y lo hizo fue tan poco profesional y rudo y muy fiero como yo soy un criminal . Hasta que me quejé y me pidió que me conociera a un gerente dos veces, él acordó dejar que mi amigo quedó sólo 1h y tuvo que pagar una tarifa turística.
¡No me gusta el servicio , no me gusta el equipo y nunca volveré a este hotel!

SSly NMy room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light.
I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación era perfecta y todos los taxistas conocían el hotel. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas. Los pasillos olían fuertemente a tabaco. La zona de desayuno estaba abarrotada y tuve que esperar unos minutos para que me trajeran tazas, vasos y cucharas.
Me cobraron dos veces (ahora me han devuelto el dinero) sin informarme (una vez por el hotel y otra por esta página web), así que cuando me enteré, tuve que gastar recursos (tiempo y gastos de taxi) para volver al hotel y preguntar cómo podían gestionar el doble cargo.
