Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Tiene una ubicación estratégica, cerca de muchas atracciones, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El personal es excepcionalmente amable, atento y muy servicial. Un agradecimiento especial a Said, quien se tomó el tiempo de explicarme detalladamente cómo explorar la ciudad de Tashkent, lo cual fue muy apreciado. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

El hotel es de reciente apertura y su ambiente general es de cinco estrellas. La decoración interior es muy buena, pero el exterior, como el pasillo de entrada, necesita mejoras. La piscina, el gimnasio y la sauna en el sótano son excelentes. No contratamos el desayuno al hacer la reserva, pero desayunamos en el restaurante por 185 yuanes por persona. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, con una gran variedad de sashimi y carne. La carne de res estaba muy fresca y tenía un buen marmoleado. Fue una verdadera delicia encontrar carne tan fresca.

Great value stay with excellent breakfast in Tashkent We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option. The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here. The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower. There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station. There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

Me gustó todo. Todo está limpio y bonito. Colchones cómodos. Hay cepillo y pasta de dientes, zapatillas, secador de pelo, nevera y todas las comodidades. Está a 4 km del aeropuerto. Un taxi Yandex te lleva en 10 minutos o menos. Gracias.

El hotel es un buen hotel de lucro. El diseño, las instalaciones, la ubicación, el maravilloso desayuno y el excelente personal fueron todos excelentes. La noche nos disfrutamos de la sauna y un masaje. Fue maravilloso. Soñamos con volver aquí otra vez.

El hotel es nuevo, bonito, limpio, cómodo, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario, hay un pequeño inconveniente, ya que me alojé en varias habitaciones, en algunas de ellas el agua de la ducha no drenó bien y había olor a alcantarilla. Un agradecimiento especial al personal, chicos muy educados y amables, definitivamente volveré aquí...

Muy bonito hotel de lujo de estilo antiguo. Aunque no ha sido renovado en los últimos dos años, el estándar sigue siendo alto. Por ejemplo, el BMW Serie 5 que he conducido durante cinco años sigue siendo muy bueno. Sobre todo el desayuno, que es muy rico, con mucha fruta y comida caliente. El hotel también está muy limpio e higiénico. El servicio también es muy bueno, el personal es muy entusiasta y los alrededores son muy seguros. Hay un parque al otro lado de la calle con dos restaurantes de alto nivel en el parque, que también son muy buenos. Está a unos 200 metros de la estación de metro, lo que también es muy conveniente. En general es muy bueno y puedes alojarte aquí con tranquilidad.

Un hotel pequeño y agradable. La ubicación es buena; a 5-10 minutos a pie se encuentran restaurantes, bares y el metro. No es el edificio más nuevo, pero está limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Muchas gracias al amable personal por su amabilidad en todo momento.
