Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Tiene una ubicación estratégica, cerca de muchas atracciones, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El personal es excepcionalmente amable, atento y muy servicial. Un agradecimiento especial a Said, quien se tomó el tiempo de explicarme detalladamente cómo explorar la ciudad de Tashkent, lo cual fue muy apreciado. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno.

El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y ofrece habitaciones muy limpias y una cama muy confortable. El personal era excelente y, en particular, el director del restaurante Elbek, que no sólo me dio las recomendaciones de primera clase de comida y bebidas, sino que organizó el transporte para una parte de mi viaje. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. También el hotel está cerca de una estación de metro que ofrece acceso a muchas cosas que ver en la ciudad, como las famosas estaciones de metro de la era soviética. A pocos pasos del hotel es la plaza principal donde se verán los edificios contrastantes de la arquitectura soviética.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

Muy bueno, el servicio es muy bueno. Aunque Uzbekistán es promedio, su industria de servicios se puede comparar con la del Sudeste Asiático. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son normales, la recepción es muy buena y los defectos no están ocultos.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

Choosing this hotel was a great stroke of luck. The design, amenities, location, wonderful breakfast, and excellent staff were all outstanding. In the evening, we enjoyed the sauna and a massage. It was magnificent. We dream of coming back here again.

El hotel es nuevo, bonito, limpio, cómodo, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario, hay un pequeño inconveniente, ya que me alojé en varias habitaciones, en algunas de ellas el agua de la ducha no drenó bien y había olor a alcantarilla.
