Hoteles en San Agustín con aparcamiento

Nos alojamos en este lugar durante dos noches durante nuestro viaje a San Agustín. El hotel estaba muy limpio y había sido recientemente renovado. El personal de recepción fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Inmediatamente nos sentimos cómodos allí. El primer día, fuimos a desayunar a las 9:30. No había productos de huevo disponibles y un par de trozos de salchicha. ¡¡¡NO HABÍA TENEDORES!!! Hablamos con la persona que supervisaba el desayuno y se disculpó y dijo que no había tenedores. Me quejé en la recepción y aceptaron descontar el cargo de estacionamiento ($20/día) de nuestra factura. Al día siguiente, el desayuno estaba completamente abastecido, ¡incluso tenedores! Este hotel es una joya. Cerca de todo. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos allí nuevamente.

Cuando nos acercamos a la oficina delantera para comprobar, el receptor, que era joven, era muy rápido y amable, y dispuesto a compartir información sobre la zona. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación es muy limpia y muy agradable. Muchas gracias por el 58o aniversario de mi esposa.

Great customer service. Rick was friendly, funny and helpful. Had a good sleep on the beds. Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice. Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome! I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.  The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.  The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there. Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty.  We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬 As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up). Overall, despite the negative observations,  we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

The hanging rack for clothes was above the refrigerator and not user friendly for adult clothing, more like small kids  clothes. very ridiculous.  I had spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up...the floor was filthy. Not muchWater pressure in the bathroom sink. Shower was good. Room is nice size. When I called 2 different times about the pool if it was indoor or out,  they said indoor...REALLY! It is an outdoor pool, and you can see it from the office window. Hotel is WAY over priced! They did accommodate us and put us on the 1st floor as there are no elevators. Yes we were there from Dec. 20-22 and booked months inadvance. will never go there again.

La habitación era muy tranquila. No es una gran habitación, sino espacial para mi marido y yo. Las habitaciones se renovan para actualizar un antiguo motel y han hecho un buen trabajo con el tema del flamingo tropical rosa para acostarse a ese estético retro. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero no estaba muy bien. No estaba seguro de que la humedad era alta que la causaba, pero nos contactamos con el personal de apoyo y lo resolveron rápidamente, mientras que el personal de mantenimiento en el lugar trajo nuevas hojas. Y tuvo que usar leche artificial/crema en vez de eso. Todas y todas las estrellas permanecen.

I chose it because of price. Out of the way, a little old and worn. But service was good my TV didn’t work but the guy on reception brought a replacement within minutes. Bed beer soft but sheets clean. Unexpectedly breakfast was included, plastic everything and choice limited but the coffee was great. Will I go back, I hope not, but if I did it wouldn’t be the worst place I’ve stayed

Für ein Hotel ohne Frühstück, eine optimale Übernachtung, sehr sauberes Zimmer, Pool am Straßenrand, sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin, Parkplatz am Zimmer. Topp Preis - Leistung! Sehr zu empfehlen, wer das Frühstück im nebenan liegenden DOS-Café morgens genießen möchte. Nicht sonderlich weit vom historischen Augustine entfernt!

The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
