Hoteles en Condado de Monroe con aparcamiento

El servicio en el escritorio delantero fue eficiente. Somos mayores y un joven que trabajaba en el hotel nos ayudó con nuestra maleta cuando llegó y nos negó una pista. Qué choque. 🫢 Ambos mis maridos intenté darle. ¡Así que buen comienzo! ¡Dale un alza! La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto ROC. Es literalmente 3min a pie! El desayuno era básico pero bueno. Y hay una pequeña gimnasia para entrenamientos. El personal fue muy bienvenido y útil. Lo recomendaría para 2-3 días de estancia en Rochester.

No había desayuno buffet y se explicó claramente qué ordenar qué no ordenar, incluso a través de que yo había incluido el desayuno en la reserva, cuando ordené un camarero es como si necesitas una gran placa. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable.

Bad experience with this hotel. Booked a room for my son as he was travelling there. Returning from dinner after 7pm, he could not get back into his room as his card key does not work. The front desk looked at it and said there was a problem with the lock that only the maintenance personnel can fix. Problem is they do not have any maintenance people there and asked that he wait till next day! Imagine all his belongings locked in the room and he had to stay in another room for the night. To make things worse, the maintenance personnel came in next day only after 11am. This is in spite of us calling several times, escalating to the General Manager to chase up and demanding priority attention! It was very upsetting as my son’s phone battery was drained and could not get to his things that he needed to work in the morning. Fortunately, his flight out was the next day, else it would have been a costly incident. Overall, a very stressful experience.

Apartamentos fueron adecuados, no obstante, entró con una cuenta PIF y $561.00 fue mantenida contra mi cuenta.

Staff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

Location is good but air conditioning can not adjust.

Este hotel era decente, pero no he tenido más que problemas con la recepción. Pagué mi viaje cuando reservé en este sitio. El hotel también me ha cobrado por cada noche. Mi visa no puede durar mucho más. Cada persona en la recepción, incluidos 2 gerentes, ha jurado que podría arreglarlo y ha culpado a los demás. En este punto voy a ir directamente a mi visa y disputar todo. Nunca me volvería a alojar aquí de nuevo, no en ningún otro hotel de elección. ¡NUNCA!

No es grande, no es horrible. Parece haber muchos “regulares” que se ahorran y disfrutan de la compañía de los demás, que parecía estar bien. Todos eran amables. Los mobiliario eran adecuados, pero obviamente no son nuevos.

The Service Was Excellent At The Brockport Econolodge! Anytime I Needed Anything Like Clean Towels Or Had To Request For Something Special The Lady At The Service Desk Who Was Also A Housemaid Was Right On Her Game And Had The Supplies Back To Me Within Minutes! She Was Friendly And So Accommodating And Made You Feel Right At Home! The Food Is Very Good And A Good Selection For A Continental Breakfast! And The Coffee Is Always Ready And Steaming Hot! The Desk Help Is Always Pleasant And Very Efficient! I Would Stay again At The Econolodge And I Have Many Times! The Area Around The Hotel Is So Conveinient For Shopping And Eating Out! So Many Choices! And Having Wegmans Right Across The Road You Can't Ask For Anything Better! I Give Econolodge 5/5 Stars!!
