Hoteles en Condado de Cobb con aparcamiento

The hotel was okay but the customer service significant lacked. Couldn't get towels brought up to me for over 2 hours. Kept having to call the desk and everytime he would answer and took my room number..nothing. Had to come downstairs and he's on his phone and drinking water. Mind you I had a project I was working on so I couldn't go downstairs. Also, My TV didn't work. Had a brown stain on my comforter. I see now why they have low ratings. They could really be a good hotel.. Just retrain the workers.

We stayed overnight in our way to Florida. The hotel was a little hard to find, but we eventually did (didn't help that there was a monsoon going on at the time!). The room was very spacious, clean, and pleasant. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint i have is the noise from the Interstate; i could hear the traffic all night, but, to be fair, the hotel did supply disposable ear plugs. I would stay again.

El hotel dispone de un buen personal, no hay nada malo para decir sobre el personal, la habitación era limpia, el desayuno era bueno, la ubicación también era buena. El AC del gimnasio no funcionaba, la máquina de hielo no funcionaba (no obstante, se nos ofreció pedir a la mesa delantera para que el hielo se acomode). La piscina interior es muy baja, pero la piscina no está calentada, por lo que el agua era muy fría (los niños no podían permanecer en el agua debido a la esquistoría).

The customer service was excellent—I especially appreciated the youngest gentleman on the team. He is doing an outstanding job and truly understands how to interact with customers. His approachable and attentive manner draws people in and makes them feel welcome. He listens carefully, humbly asks about your needs, and genuinely takes care to ensure a positive experience. Because of his exceptional service, I would highly recommend this place to others. I would rate his service as A++.

Went to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon. There happened to be a room available and they let me check in early so I didn't have to hang around. Grateful to them.

Too many dogs and kids jumping above my head all day and night otherwise meh

I have stayed at several ESA locations. BY FAR.....Interstate N Pkwy location is the best on the Cobb County area. Super pet friendly!! Could do better on the breakfast items. But hands down, the staff is amazing. Property Mgr, Shawn does what he can to please and satisfy all of the customers, with the help of Alexis, Desmond, Mark, and Rene and the entire housekeeping staff.

El desayuno es café, algo de pan, galletas y algo de fruta, no hay cama extra, un sofá cama tiene capacidad para tres personas, la ubicación del hotel es buena, hay farmacias, cafeterías, estacionamiento gratuito. Básicamente, es un nivel de hotel rápido nacional.
