Its very clean,newly renovated opened in october 2025 we booked junior room 1 kingsize bed in the other room you get 2 single beds plus sofa which can be added as an extra bed if needed come with 2 bathrooms, bedsheets very clean with soft pillows plenty of storage with double wardrobes, iron and ironing board the hotwl staff service was exceedingly exceptional from the duty manager mr Hussain Rauf and Abdullah their front of house staff are just so awsome always helping you in any way. Lifts are good rarely any ques i strongly reccomend this hotel with excellent breakfast package with extended BF from 6am-12.am location iis excellent into the mosque from gate 327 the elaf taiba hotel is directly behind Movin pick hotel,close by laundrette shop and money exchange.i would like to thank Trip.com for making sure my hotel was booked smoothly and they have helped me with some alterations of theb hotel rooms, trip.com has 24 hr twlwphone service for all your bookings i have not seen any other company so dedicated to resolve and maintain customer satisfaction.i would both Elaf Taiba hotel and trip.com 10/10

LLady KwenadiMy stay at Sofitel Madinah was overall wonderful, thanks to its prime location next to the Prophet’s Mosque, luxurious and clean rooms, and serene, elegant atmosphere. Dining options were excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. A special thanks to Feras Almulla, who provided wonderful, attentive service and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside for a five-star hotel is the absence of a jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room, which I expected for this level of luxury. Despite that, Sofitel Madinah remains a top choice for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay in the holy city.

La ubicación es inviable, a pocos pasos de Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, con acceso directo a las puertas de oración de las damas y los hombres, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente, especialmente durante los tiempos de oración.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien mantenidas, y limpias sin escena, con camas cómodas, ropa suave y todas las comodidades que se esperaban de un hotel de primera clase. La vista de la Mosque del Profeta desde nuestra ventana fue atractiva y hizo que cada momento se sintiera extra especial.

El desayuno buffet es excelente, ofrece una amplia variedad de platos internacionales y de Oriente Medio, todos frescos y deliciosos.
En general, el InterContinental Dar Al Iman se encuentra en una situación de primera calidad, hospitalidad de clase mundial y atmósfera tranquila, donde se puede visitar a Madinah, ya sea para Umrah, Hajj o para la reflexión personal. Nos quedamos con corazón lleno de gratitud y paz, y definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí otra vez en nuestra próxima visita.

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

DD KayalExcelente hotel, limpio y bien ubicado. La única desventaja es que algunos empleados del servicio de habitaciones son poco cooperativos y tardan en servir incluso después de solicitarlo. Lo extraño es que uno de ellos miente y afirma que rechazamos el servicio. La mayoría de las cosas que pedimos, decimos que no están disponibles, y las cápsulas de café del restaurante tardan en llegar, por desgracia.

UUsuario invitadoWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed here for two nights in Madinah with our family. The nightly rate was on the expensive side, but it felt in line with other similar hotels in the area. The location is decent — it’s around a 15-minute drive to Al-Haram — but there is no shuttle service at all. On the positive side, the room and overall facilities were clean.
Unfortunately, a few issues really impacted our stay. There is construction immediately behind (almost attached to) the building, and we were woken up around 7:00 AM by nonstop drilling that continued for hours. Because of the noise, we ended up leaving the hotel and staying out as much as possible during the daytime. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel should have the courtesy to clearly share this noise/construction situation at the time of booking, so guests can make an informed decision.
Parking was another major challenge. The parking is very limited and the access is not easy, so if you’re traveling with a car, it can be quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, while the staff
we did interact with were friendly, it was often hard to find someone when we needed assistance.

Me alojé una noche en el Hotel Emaar Taiba de Medina y, en general, tuve una experiencia fantástica. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y muy cerca de la Mezquita del Profeta (Masjid e Nabawi), ¡súper práctica! Pero lo mejor de todo fue el recepcionista de noche. 😄 Al principio, me asustó muchísimo diciendo que no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre y me hizo esperar unos 30 minutos. Luego me dijo que tenía que pagar de nuevo (aunque ya había pagado online)… ¡y de repente se echó a reír! 😂 Estaba bromeando todo el tiempo. ¡Qué tipo tan gracioso! Sin duda, una estancia inolvidable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel tanto por la comodidad como por las risas.
