Conectado al centro comercial del Mar Rojo, muy conveniente. La habitación es agradable y limpia, tiene todo lo que necesita. No se ha podido probar su comida, pero tienen un buen precio para el paquete de almuerzo ~55 Sar/pp.

The room was spacious, clean and overall exactly what I was looking for. The concierge was extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely use this place again on future trips to Jeddah. Although there was no restaurant on site, there are food outlets literally next door which was great for me.

I've stayed here several time , this time was the worst. Hopefully, it will recover. I couldn't get the service from first call, if I hardly got. I'll stay loyal and wilI go, if able to, stay there. But if the same bad service continue, I'll give up.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Really satisfied with the couple’s staycation. The room had a nice view, the bed was comfortable and the lighting was soft and cozy. We enjoyed the dinner and the overall vibe of the place was just awesome.

Uno de los hoteles de cadena internacional más baratos de Yeddah... Habitación pequeña sin vistas, alfombra un poco húmeda. El agua del baño es amarilla. El mobiliario es antiguo, con colchones duros. El desayuno no está mal... pero no hay cocina de reserva en el Egg Stay, el servicio es lento. Cierran con llave el gimnasio y la piscina. Tienes que preguntarles si quieres usarla.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

Destaca por su ubicación privilegiada, sus prácticas instalaciones y su excepcional servicio, aunque no ofrece servicio de restauración. La principal ventaja del hotel es su céntrica ubicación. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Yedda, lo que facilita explorar la ciudad. Acceso al aeropuerto: El Aeropuerto Internacional Rey Abdul Aziz (JED) está a unos 20 km; el precio del taxi es de aproximadamente 40-50 SAR. Atracciones principales: · Fuente del Rey Fahd: ¡Un punto destacado! Se encuentra a un cómodo paseo de 1 km (nota: ignore la ruta más larga sugerida por Google Maps). · Mezquita Al Rahmah (Flotante): A unos 20 km; un taxi cuesta unos 30 SAR. Albalad cuesta 15 SAR en taxi. · Servicios: Numerosas tiendas y restaurantes se encuentran a poca distancia a pie, lo cual es muy conveniente. · Este hotel de 8 plantas ofrece una sensación de amplitud y evita la sensación de agobio. · Las habitaciones son un punto fuerte, cuidadosamente amuebladas con todo lo que un viajero necesita: una cama cómoda, TV, aire acondicionado eficiente, nevera, secador de pelo, plancha, amplios armarios y artículos de aseo de calidad (champú, toallas). · Se ofrece un servicio de limpieza diario y confiable. · Artículos a petición: El personal estará encantado de proporcionar extras como una tetera a petición. Servicio excepcional: Aquí es donde el hotel realmente destaca. Cabe destacar al Sr. Kamal Uddian, del servicio de habitaciones. · Se le destaca como ”realmente genial”: enérgico, de voz suave e increíblemente servicial. · Su dominio del hindi es una gran ventaja para los viajeros del subcontinente indio. Se esfuerza al máximo para ayudar con la comida, los taxis o cualquier otra solicitud, haciendo que los huéspedes se sientan bien atendidos. El hotel no cuenta con restaurante propio ni servicio de habitaciones. Sin embargo, esto se compensa fácilmente con la gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes cercanos a los que se puede llegar caminando. Muy recomendable para viajeros de negocios, turistas y peregrinos (Umrah) que buscan un alojamiento limpio, cómodo y práctico en Yedda. La combinación de ubicación, comodidades de la habitación y el servicio ejemplar de Kamal garantiza una estancia muy agradable y sin complicaciones. Simplemente prepárese para explorar la zona para comer.
