Conectado al centro comercial del Mar Rojo, muy conveniente. La habitación es agradable y limpia, tiene todo lo que necesita. No se ha podido probar su comida, pero tienen un buen precio para el paquete de almuerzo ~55 Sar/pp.

Esta fue mi primera visita, ya que estaba de viaje de negocios al extranjero. No era el edificio principal, sino el de al lado. Las instalaciones no estaban al día, pero estaban limpias. Debido al trayecto hasta la ciudad, cené en el hotel. La comida estaba decente. También pagué el desayuno aparte (no hay descuento si no se paga por adelantado). Me cobraron un depósito similar al precio de la habitación. TT. Han pasado dos días, pero no lo han cancelado.

Disfruté de la estancia. Buen hotel con buen servicio y habitaciones limpias, reservaré de nuevo en mi próxima viaje a Jeddah.

A number of travelers report noise from Olaya Street at night, so light sleepers might want an interior‑facing room. A few guests also mention issues with Wi‑Fi consistency and varying breakfast quality, with limited variety on some mornings. Some rooms can feel dated or a bit dimly lit, and occasional maintenance issues (like slow shower drains) have been mentioned in reviews. Bottom line: Good choice for a central, budget‑friendly stay with friendly service and clean rooms, but expect some noise and minor service inconsistencies.

The property is Gorgeous and great location amazing hospitality from front desk staff to house keeping and room service. Very welcoming and helpful people Rooms are sound proof. You don’t hear anything the silence was extremely peaceful. The beds and amenities were amazing too. Very comfortable and spacious. Balcony was a plus definitely. I do suggest keeping some outdoor furniture there

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

Uno de los hoteles de cadena internacional más baratos de Yeddah... Habitación pequeña sin vistas, alfombra un poco húmeda. El agua del baño es amarilla. El mobiliario es antiguo, con colchones duros. El desayuno no está mal... pero no hay cocina de reserva en el Egg Stay, el servicio es lento. Cierran con llave el gimnasio y la piscina. Tienes que preguntarles si quieres usarla.
