Hoteles con gimnasio en Yeda

Conectado al centro comercial del Mar Rojo, muy conveniente. La habitación es agradable y limpia, tiene todo lo que necesita. No se ha podido probar su comida, pero tienen un buen precio para el paquete de almuerzo ~55 Sar/pp.

Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades. Gimnasio bien equipado y una piscina de buen tamaño. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El único inconveniente es que la piscina cierra a las 18:00. En mi opinión, debería abrir un poco más tarde debido al calor que hace afuera, especialmente en los meses más calurosos.

Esta fue mi primera visita, ya que estaba de viaje de negocios al extranjero. No era el edificio principal, sino el de al lado. Las instalaciones no estaban al día, pero estaban limpias. Debido al trayecto hasta la ciudad, cené en el hotel. La comida estaba decente. También pagué el desayuno aparte (no hay descuento si no se paga por adelantado). Me cobraron un depósito similar al precio de la habitación. TT. Han pasado dos días, pero no lo han cancelado.

El personal era muy bueno. Una cosa que quiero mencionar es que no había agua caliente.

I've stayed here several time , this time was the worst. Hopefully, it will recover. I couldn't get the service from first call, if I hardly got. I'll stay loyal and wilI go, if able to, stay there. But if the same bad service continue, I'll give up.

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

Overall good with the exception of ill naintained and ill eqipped gym and apsent of coffemaker in the room, everythind is upto expectation

Uno de los hoteles de cadena internacional más baratos de Yeddah... Habitación pequeña sin vistas, alfombra un poco húmeda. El agua del baño es amarilla. El mobiliario es antiguo, con colchones duros. El desayuno no está mal... pero no hay cocina de reserva en el Egg Stay, el servicio es lento. Cierran con llave el gimnasio y la piscina. Tienes que preguntarles si quieres usarla.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

The hotel is located near beach, and it only took 5-7 minutes to walk there and get some fresh air. The service was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, it turned out the room was being prepared for one person, so we had to ask for towels and slippers. This was done quickly and efficiently. The only downside was that there was building going on at another hotel outside the window, and workers were already started to work from 6 a.m.. Hotel's restaurant was a big plus. Excellent service, fresh, delicious food. And one more small detail. Our flight back was early morning, and I asked for a takeaway breakfast, which surprised the staff. Probably, nobody never asked for such a service before )) They refused, BUT in the morning, when the taxi arrived, Receptionists gave us the huge bags of food, really huge with a lot of different foods... we happily had breakfast on the plane ))). The economy flight didn't include meals. Thank you very much. I appreciate it.!!!!!!!
