Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.

We had a pleasant stay at Blue Lotus Hotel - we booked a king size bed and the room given was vey spacious. The room had adequate amenities . We will stay here again the next time we are in Davao.

the dinner buffet with discounted rate for hotel guest was a thumbs and the food too was superb. With the shops outside the hotel from convenient stores, entertainment bars, massage parlors were all walking distance. i had a peaceful and well rested night. So overall I had a great stay

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Lo que me gustaba: - buena ubicación - excelente servicio al cliente - hermosa recepción - el desayuno era auténtico y delicioso Lo que no me gustaba: - se encontró el cocodrilo en mi habitación - las habitaciones y baños están muy fechadas en necesidad de desesperado para un descanso, a pesar de algunos esfuerzos de renovación desde mi última estancia a principios de este año - La TV es bastante sólo una decoración en la habitación, alrededor de 4-5 canales están disponibles con poca calidad de señal, sin exageración es imposible ver. No una TV inteligente, así que no YouTube o Netflix para mantenerte entretenido, si usted decide quedarse aquí, - es un valor pobre para el precio/noche, el reciente aumento de precios realmente no es justificable

I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hour front desk personnel and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.

Para la tercera reserva en Dusit Thani para celebrar un día, comprábamos comida y lechón pequeño para consumir en nuestra habitación, pero esta vez en torno a nosotros nos pidieron un coco de p5,000 por lechón, Leí su política de habitaciones, sólo se permite llevar comida DURIAN, excepto que se supone que está bien, porque no fue nuestra primera vez que trajimos lechón. Solicitar una tasa de corkage pero ni siquiera le dio una receta.

The room is clean and spacious, the location is great which is accessible to the bus terminal and near sm ecoland. Food is great and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

repito hotel y volvere en mi proximo viaje hotel tranquilo centrico y con buena limpieza e instalaciones por decir algo malo se esta quedando un poco anticuado peroeso no es impedimento para que tu estancia sea muy buena

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.
