No free toothbrush, place is old but clean, no proper dining area (I ate at a coffee table), hot choco during breakfast has a lot of water & less cocoa.

Room is cleaned every day. Toiletries and bottled water replenished daily. Bfast is satisfactory. Rooftop resto is a plus. Staff - very friendly and helpful. There is no microwave to heat food. You can’t bring pomelo to your room due to sanitary policies. Lobby is under renovation but it’s ok.

The parking lot is spacious and the hotel staff are accommodating

Pros - habitación limpia y cómoda - cerca de la línea de coste con vista sobre el canal - Super polite staff - gran área de piscina familiar - used to the place being full so it’s organized extremely well - servicio de habitaciones 24 horas Cons - no hay concierge para saludar a los nuevos huéspedes saliendo de los taxis - No hay nadie para mostrarte a tu habitación! - puertas de alta presión despertando a los huéspedes muy temprano por la mañana debido a los vecinos de puertas a las dos de la otra (ver fotos) - aves poo por todas las ventanas (véanse las fotos) - buffet de desayuno estaba bien.. servicio de café y no comida grande. El hotel es un hotel decente pero está en un poco destruido por la mala bienvenida y el ruido de la mañana temprana de otros huéspedes.

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

The hotel is clean and the location is very accessible to get there the view is good and the service is good, highly recommended ☺️

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor,  linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best  experience and wouldn’t stay again

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.
