That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. 보홀 여행하시는 분들께 도움이 될까하고 후기 남깁니다. 1.위치 : 알로나 비치에서 멀리 떨어져있다보니 마사지 무료픽업 드랍에 편도 300페소 추가해서 이동했어요. 2.시설 : 룸컨디션 너무 좋고 밝아서 화장하기에도 최고였어요. 매트랑 침구도 좋았고 싱글에 베게를 2개씩 주어서 쾌적했어요. 3. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗하고 수시로 관리를 하고 있어서 물놀이하기 넘 좋았어요. 다른 리조트에서는 물에 아예 안들어 갔거든요. 4. 식사 : 조식포함이었는데 간단하지만 포만감있게 맛있었고 그 외 식사들도 언제든지 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 맛있었어요. 5. 서비스 : 직원들 모두 친절하고 번화가가 아니라 가까운 곳은 호텔 픽드랍을 해 주었고 먼곳은 툭툭이를 불러줬어요. 그랩은 잘 안불러짐. 6. 총평 : 조용하고 편안하게 쉬고 싶을 때 또 묵고 싶은 리조트이지만 번화가랑은 멀어서 불편한 점도 있었어요. 물놀이 하기에 좋은 리조트이고 편도 400페소로 ICM에 쇼핑하러 다녀왔는데 가까운 곳에서 돌아다니며 노는 걸 좋아해서 다시 알로나비치 쪽으로 숙소를 옮겨서 놀았어요. 주변이 산이라 모기가 너무 많아서 하루에 약 10마리는 잡은 것 같아요. 전기모기향을 요청해서 피해를 줄이세요ㅜ 추천하고싶은 리조트이고 모기가 최고의 단점인 리조트입니다.

Nuestra estancia de 2 noches fue maravillosa. La habitación estaba limpia y moderna. Personal muy atento y amable. Nuestros asistentes de habitación incluso nos dejaron lindas toallas con la forma de los animales de peluche de mi hija. Recibimos el masaje Raja en el spa y fue muy relajante. Me quedé dormido. Las piscinas son perfectas para refrescarse del calor. También disfrutamos de la playa. Nuestra estancia incluyó desayuno gratuito con una amplia variedad de alimentos para elegir. It’s the best for couples. The rooms are really clean, the beds are super comfortable and linens are soo good. They serve great breakfast, you can have nice coffee (which is not easy to find there), the pool is great, the sunsets are the best. The only disappointment I had is that check in should be at 15:00 but we only had the key at 16:00… 1 hour feels like it was stolen. We were really tired after the long way and I was disappointed I couldn’t get to the room on time. Especially considering the fact they ask you to check out at 11:00 instead of 12:00 like everywhere else. The snorkeling on their small beach was great, we saw turtles.

The staff were really helpful and considerate. I’d like to give appreciation to Nova at the Front Desk for giving us the best experience during our 4 days stay and for always greeting us with a smile. The room and hotel were really clean. When I visit Panglao again, we will surely stay here. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Nuestra estancia estuvo bien, pero podría haber mejorado mucho con algunos pequeños ajustes. Nos decepcionó descubrir que no había hervidor ni tetera ni café en la habitación, algo que creemos que debería ser habitual, sobre todo en un resort. Habría sido agradable tener dispensadores de agua para llenar nuestras propias botellas, considerando que no había agua embotellada los días que no fueran el día del check-in. En resumen, una estancia decepcionante. Aparte de la bonita playa, la ubicación también era bastante incómoda, ya que no nos dimos cuenta de que no había otras tiendas y restaurantes disponibles aparte del propio resort.

The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
