«El lugar está situado en un lugar tranquilo cerca de las colinas de chocolate.
Tiene una vibe de hogar.
Casa Aguelo es un alojamiento agradable y decente con un personal amigable, pero la comida en casa es sobrevalorada a 60 pesos por taza de arroz y 280 pesos para 4 pequeños cubos de cerdo con vegetales aleatorios para ”sigang” .
Desde el terminal de Dao, usted necesita un autobús a Carmen y salir en el complejo de colinas de chocolate , luego un triciclo a Casa Aguelo. El tiempo de viaje es de aproximadamente 3 horas del aeropuerto , con transporte limitado , tuvimos que reservar otro hotel cerca del aeropuerto ( panglao) ya que nos ocurre un vuelo temprano.
En general, lo calificaré a las 3 porque no hay nada especial sobre el lugar y a pesar de estar en medio de los árboles de coco, ha sobrevalorado ”alimentos” sin menú oficial.»

«New hotel so everything good condition. Clean good size room with a nice hot shower. Restaurant onsite is decent and is open till 7pm. They do a basic but good breakfast. Beautiful to be next to busai falls, easy to get tuk tuk or even bus to tarsier sanctuary and chocolate hills. Staff really helpful with everything and organise tuk tuks for you. Also a great source of information. A lovely place to stay.»

«I had such a wonderful stay at Riverview Inn! The room was super nice and cozy. Not that big, but the standard room was just right for two people. It came with a smart TV, an ice cold AC, and everything was spotless. Definitely one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I have stayed in.
The internet connection was also a treat, it wast and reliable.
The staff really stood out too. So polite, professional, and well presented, you would think they were working in a 5 star hotel. They made the whole experience even better with their excellent service.
And the highlight? The restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was a treat!
Overall, Loboc Riverside Inn is a gem. Perfect for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, great food, and top notch service. Highly recommended!»

«Отличное место. Останавливались на одну ночь, но здесь нужно остановиться на несколько дней. Вокруг природа, тишина. Домики чистые, вся территория ухоженная. Тут можно заказать различные активности, например, тур на светлячков, катание на сапах, каяках и др. Работает кухня и можно заказать вкусный ужин.

What we liked:

Gorgeous landscapes from the room window;

The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

UUsuario invitadoTuvimos una estancia muy agradable en Henann Alona Beach. El hotel es grande y estuvo muy ocupado durante el check-in, sin embargo, tienen tantas piscinas que no se nota la cantidad de gente.
Nos lo pasamos muy bien en el bar de la piscina durante la hora feliz y pasamos todo el tiempo en el resort. A los restaurantes les vendrían bien opciones un poco más saludables y el desayuno con opciones más vegetarianas (ni siquiera había una barra de yogur o granola natural, y había más opciones poco saludables).
Si sales del complejo, ¡entras directamente en una calle llena de bares y restaurantes! El gimnasio estaba muy bien equipado y las habitaciones eran buenas. Por favor mejoren las cortinas, ya que no oscurecían la habitación.

UUsuario invitado입실 시 라인이 길어서 대기시간이 좀 있었지만 직원분들이 친절히 응대해주셨습니다. 공사 소리 얘기가 있는데 낮시간 외출 시에 조금 들리는 정도였고 오히려 옆방에서 트는 티비 소리가 더 거슬렸네요 ㅠ 한국인들은 대부분 헤난알로나나 타왈라 이용하기 때문에 프리미어에는 별로 없었고 현지인들이 많이 보였습니디.
실내 조식당 오픈했고 다 맛있었고 특히 치킨죽과 쌀국수가 맛나요! 어머니가 조식당과 룸에서 보이는 비치뷰를 가장 좋아하셨어요~ 비치가 정말 가까워서 대 만족! 루프탑 풀 뷰도 대만족!
해피아워도 상시운영중이라 1+1 칵테일도 야무지게 사마셨고
리조트 동선이 좋아 룸에서 풀과 비치 왔다갔다하기 편했어요
직원분들은 다들 친절하셨고 픽업차량과 툭툭이 이용도 편합니다.

Наша вилла была просто великолепной: просторной, стильной и очень уютной. Белоснежное постельное белье и безупречная чистота создавали ощущение настоящей роскоши.
Персонал отеля — настоящие профессионалы! Очень отзывчивые, душевные и всегда готовые помочь. Когда мы решили арендовать байк, его привезли прямо к отелю — новый, мощный, всего за 500 песо в сутки. Это было невероятно удобно для поездок на пляж Алон (всего 7 км) и к местным достопримечательностям.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки. Еда была вкусной, свежей и приготовленной с любовью. Настоящее наслаждение начинать день с таких блюд!
Порадовала близость к улице с кафе и ресторанами — буквально несколько минут пешком. Это позволило нам попробовать много местных блюд и не зависеть от транспорта.
Особенное спасибо за организацию раннего завтрака перед нашим выездом — в 5:30 все уже было готово, а трансфер до аэропорта ждал нас вовремя.
E L Westensee Resort — это место, куда хочется вернуться! Теплая атмосфера, идеальная чистота и заботливый подход к каждому гостю сделали наш отдых просто незабываемым!

El hotel ofrece una ventana de bebidas en el bar de la piscina, en el centro de la ciudad.
El hotel está a pie de la playa Alona y es muy seguro, ya que se puede pasear por Hennan Alona para llegar a la playa. También está cerca de restaurantes, comida rápida, tiendas de souvenirs. 8 minutos del aeropuerto de Panglao.

FFlor SimangcasHad a wonderful stay at Hotel Begonia for 6 nights and 5 days. The room was simply elegant, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from Asian and Filipino foods. I love the free tote bag. Thank you so much Hotel Begonia❤️

UUsuario invitadoOur stay was okay but it could’ve been improved a lot by some minor adjustments. We were disappointed to find there was no kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room which we believe should come as standard, especially in a resort. Also, bottled water is only provided on check in and not daily which we were disappointed with also. There were no Sun loungers around the pool like the photos depicted on Trip app. Very limited loungers on the beach front so they were never available. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bread or fruit, and when bread was requested for myself who does not eat meat and dislikes eggs, there was no butter. I’ve never heard of a restaurant not having butter! There were very limited options, and you were rationed to only have 1 sausage and 1 egg as it was an assisted buffet. There was rice also but nothing to go with it. Also no tea bags available, only coffee. No laundry or scooter rental service which would’ve made our stay a lot more convenient, and no assistance to help find these services when asked if they provided them. Limited plug sockets in the room made it difficult to use our devices and charge them concurrently. There was no shower gel, only a small bar of soap but shower gel is preferable. Water dispensers to fill our own bottles would’ve been nice considering no bottled water provided on days other than check in day. All in all a disappointing stay. Aside from the nice beach, the location was also quite inconvenient as we hadn’t realise there were no other options of shops and restaurants available other than the resort itself.

-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
