El servicio al cliente respondió a mi petición de añadir a la matrícula extra rápidamente.
En general, es una gran estancia en Kundasang para la gran familia.

MMunirah_lahThe place is such a dream! So beautiful & very relaxing, away from the bustling city. Just that the resort itself is a distance away from the restaurant. Definitely need your own transportation. But the staff are so helpful especially Mr Lee. He takes care of us very well. He helps to send us to & fro to the restaurant during our breakfast session. He even helps to decorate our room to suprise my husband for his birthday celebration.

UUsuario invitadoHad a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, the location is great with a nice peaceful vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were well maintained and everything felt comfortable. Definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Would come again!

Наш номер представлял из себя небольшой помещение, где есть кровать, столик, кондиционер и совмещенный санузел. В номере чисто. Можно заказать доставку еды и ее довольно быстро привезут, еда вкусная. На месте можно купить кофе, чай, напитки. До входа в Hot Poring Springs идти минут 15, но вас могут подвезти бесплатно. Есть трансфер в Кота Кинабалу, Сандакан. Дороже, чем граб, но граб оттуда не вызвать. Граб нам стоил из Кота Кинабалу 200 ринггит, обратно трансфер стоил 300. Не ждите роскоши от этого места пребывания (как и от других рядом находящихся). Это как приехать к бабушке в деревню). Очень душевно.

I booked this room mainly because can see the stunning Golden Mountain view directly at dawn.
It gets quite cold at night, and the mornings are pleasantly cool.
The restaurant food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only downsides are that there are a few insects at the mountaintop, which is understandable, and the soundproofing of the room isn’t great—after 10 p.m., noise from people outside can still be heard clearly.

In summary, Fairy Garden Resort serves as an entirely adequate and quiet base for travelers in Kundasang who prioritize essential comfort and a nature-centric setting over extensive modern amenities.

I would like to start my review by complimenting all the staff ,from the receptionist, kitchen staff, to the housekeeping team. All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service.
The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given.
The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently.
My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food.
That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.

NNorbert JohnLa vista es magnífica. Puede ver la montaña muy clara a la mañana temprana. La condición de carretera a este lugar es bastante difícil para el vehículo de 2 ruedas. La cafetería extra durante el viaje es una de las razones que deben de causar que algunas de la carretera es estrecho y la visibilidad durante la noche es limitada, especialmente cuando llueve.
