Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Ranau

Nice villa suit big family. We booked few villas and hotels room to accommodate 52 of us. The owner tried her best to fulfill our dinner and breakfast requests. The foods are yummy. I like the grilled classic chicken. Would like to come back again.

The place is such a dream! So beautiful & very relaxing, away from the bustling city. Just that the resort itself is a distance away from the restaurant. Definitely need your own transportation. But the staff are so helpful especially Mr Lee. He takes care of us very well. He helps to send us to & fro to the restaurant during our breakfast session. He even helps to decorate our room to suprise my husband for his birthday celebration.

Fantastic view of Mount Kinabalu... Its on the right if ur facing towards the hotel ya...not towards the front of the car park.. Steep decent and ascend from main road to hotel and fro.. Vehicles need power and a good clutch ya..Emmm we got a squeaky bed and quite smelly bathroom..a bit tricky to set the hot shower but manageable lah...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to start my review by complimenting all the staff ,from the receptionist, kitchen staff, to the housekeeping team. All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service. The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given. The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.

El hotel está situado justo en el medio de la concurrida zona de Kundasang. Todo está cerca. También se encuentra al lado de la montaña Kinabalu. La vista de la montaña es tan majestuosa. La habitación está muy limpia. Todo el personal es amable y la comida es muy buena. Disfruté de mi estancia en este hotel y recomendaría a todos que prueben este hotel si vienen a Kundasang.

Clean and comfortable, house very big and garden well managed. Suitable for gathering and equipment entertainment inside the house.

May be can improve bathroom amenities. If something default and cannotb repair, please inform in advances to customee.

En primer lugar, el número de teléfono de la salida es + 6 012 869 6969, como se muestra en una señal en la entrada de la salida; el número publicado en esta plataforma no es útil cuando llamé hace dos días para preguntar sobre mi reserva. En segundo lugar, la carretera desde la entrada hasta el estacionamiento es fuerte y exige experiencia y conductores cualificados, especialmente cuando sus vehículos están cargados con pasajeros o equipaje. En tercer lugar, el bañera de lavabo en el baño de mi habitación es libre, el tubo de la cabeza de ducha es inflexible, y la presión del agua es inferior a la media.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

La vista es magnífica. Puede ver la montaña muy clara a la mañana temprana. La condición de carretera a este lugar es bastante difícil para el vehículo de 2 ruedas. La cafetería extra durante el viaje es una de las razones que deben de causar que algunas de la carretera es estrecho y la visibilidad durante la noche es limitada, especialmente cuando llueve.
