The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Nice hotel with big room, stayed there for 2 nights. Bed is clean, firm and comfortable. Aircon is cold, bathroom is clean. Hotel is walking distance to both Bintang and imperial shopping mall. Many eatery around the hotel and also self help laundry station across the road. A small convenient shop beside the hotel main door. Only feedback is the power socket very far from table. No power socket beside the bed. No elevator from ground to basement carpark. Will stay again.

Very good experience staying here. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is big enough for 4 persons stay. Spacious. Very suitable for OKU persons or senior citizens cause they got lift which is convenience for the elder to go up to their rooms. Next to the hotel there is a cafe, easy to look for food. The only inconvenience is limited parking spaces.

El hotel Miri Marriott Resort & Spa es un buen hotel en general. However, the children's room still needs improvement to provide a better experience for families with children. En general, estoy feliz con mi estancia en Marriott Miri y disfruté de la hospitalidad y el entorno durante mi visita.

The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

I liked the room arrangement and overall comfort of the stay. However, there was still a noticeable smoke odour in the room, likely from previous occupants. Improving the air quality and maintaining a smoke-free environment would greatly enhance the guest experience. This time, I was fortunate to find parking near the hotel. It would be even better if dedicated parking spaces could be provided or arranged for hotel guests. Overall, it was a good stay, and I enjoyed my experience.

Just nice for a single or two travellers. Clean room and with enough facilities. Walking distance for food and malls and city center. Comfortable stay, will came again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was kept spotless throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The facilities, including the dining area and common spaces, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service – the team truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.
