Aprecie la gestión del lugar y las instalaciones de Sutera Niah. Gracias, Vanissa y colegas, por su maravillosa hospitalidad. La habitación es muy limpia y está muy bien. Gracias de nuevo por el personal de atención. Y también gracias a Androse, que me ayudó con el transporte a la ciudad de Niah, un oficial cuidadoso y amigable. Dios os bendiga a todos. 🙏🙏🙏

This stay was quite different from my previous experience. I remember that when I requested extra blankets before, they were delivered promptly. However, this time I was told that no extra blankets could be provided, which was quite disappointing as I’m used to having one for myself. I’m also quite conscious about my weight, and during my last stay, the room included a weighing scale. Unfortunately, this was not provided this time, which felt rather inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel opposite, Ano Hotel, seemed quite busy with many cars parked and guests waiting to check in. I will most likely consider giving it a try on my next visit.

El hotel y un restaurante limpio, ahorra tiempo para los huéspedes para buscar restaurantes. La ubicación depende de dónde quieres estar. Lo elegí porque quería estar cerca de la universidad de Curtin. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable para el que se encuentran en Miri, sin importar su destino.

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

The location is excellent, room is clean and quiet. We booked family room with breakfast. But the breakfast provided only for 2 person. Hopefully the hotel can consider to change it to the number of members who stay for the room. Generally we will visit here again in future

El hotel Miri Marriott Resort & Spa es un buen hotel en general. However, the children's room still needs improvement to provide a better experience for families with children. En general, estoy feliz con mi estancia en Marriott Miri y disfruté de la hospitalidad y el entorno durante mi visita.

It was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment…. 1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!! 2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly…. 3) broken door lock

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was kept spotless throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The facilities, including the dining area and common spaces, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service – the team truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely come back again!

El resort es un buen lugar para la familia reunirse esp cuando tenemos acceso limitado a Internet y llamadas. La excursión del resort incluido en la estancia es una gran exposición para los niños para comprender el ecosistema de los bosques tropicales.
