The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were welcomed with great hospitality. The room was very clean, comfortable thought a bit old. The bed was excellent, and the facilities were amazing as well. The location is very convenient, with easy access to food, eateries, and massage places. Highly recommended!

We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

This is my first time at Johor Baharu Masai area. I had booked this hotel for 1+1 day. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean and also with the washroom. Internet speed was fast and stable you can browse over Singapore channel as well thru the smart tv. For the price i booked under RM90, they still providing complimentary breakfast. They do seved fried noodles, fried rice, sausages some bread and coffee and juices. Location of the hotel was also very strategic, local banks, fast food chain and local coffee shop are just around the corner. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel and definately will return if i came down to Johor. By the way they also provide complimentary carpark space just infront of the hotel. Good Job for the hotel and staff.

En general, mi estancia 3-night fue agradable. Me disfruté especialmente de la suite familiar la cama de tamaño real y las galletas eran muy cómodas. Sin embargo, esperaba un estándar básico, por lo que no pude dar una calificación completa. Cleanliness: Había algunos problemas que necesitaban atención. He encontrado una pequeña lizard, un bebé coco (que tenía que manejar), y un espiga. Las hojas de cama y el rug tenían pinturas visibles aunque estas pueden ser difíciles de eliminar, no es aceptable ni siquiera para un hotel 3-star. Además, se dejó un papel higiénico usado, vacío (pero seco) junto a un nuevo, que no debería ocurrir. No soy muy fussy, pero otros podrían haber calificado esto mucho más bajo. El asiento de la toalla estaba desajustado y desajustado. El pendiente de toalla también estaba desconectado, así que no nos quedamos atentos a colgar todas nuestras toallas allí. Servicio: Las solicitudes de una silla de escritura y un secador de pelo tomaron bastante tiempo y sólo se resolveron después de hablar con un guardaespaldas la mañana siguiente. Ubicación y servicios: El hotel dispone de una tienda de lavandería convenientemente situada directamente al lado del hotel. El estacionamiento está disponible en el lugar, aunque puedes necesitar estacionar detrás del edificio. Sería útil tener una pista de vertido designada en la frente del hotel. Alimentos: El café sirve un buen lemak de pollo nazi, pero el cuerno de curry es rico y sabroso, aunque sería mejor que existiera más platos laterales para complementar el arroz. La experiencia global ha ayudado a compensar las deficiencias. Valor para el dinero: 3/5 Hasta que se corrija otra revisión de las deficiencias, considero otros alojamientos

I recently stayed at Jazz Hotel JB and left with mixed feelings overall. One thing I genuinely appreciated was the parking arrangement. There is a car park available outside the hotel, and the hotel covers the street parking fees for guests, which I found to be a thoughtful and convenient touch that saved me the extra hassle. However, the room did not quite live up to my expectations. I stayed in Room 310, and the actual space looked noticeably different from the photos advertised online. It was a little disappointing to arrive and find that the room did not match what was published. The water heater in the bathroom was another issue I encountered. It only stayed warm for about two minutes, which meant I had to rush through my shower before the water turned cold. This was far from ideal, especially after a long day out. I also found the pillows to be unusually high, which left me waking up with neck pain the next morning. I requested a room change, hoping things would improve, but the second room had a slight unpleasant odour, so it was not much of an improvement either. In conclusion, I would say that Jazz Hotel JB is passable if you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring Johor Bahru and only need the hotel for sleeping. However, if you intend to spend a lot of time in the room, this may not be the ideal choice for you. The experience also seemed to depend heavily on which room you are assigned, as my two rooms were both underwhelming in different ways. Overall, my stay was a half hearted one. It was not bad enough to avoid entirely, but certainly not good enough to rave about either. Let me know if you'd like any further tweaks!

The room is clean and its location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around that area. Thai, Japanese, Korean, Taiwan and local cuisines. Really spoilt for choice. In this trip, I chose a Korean restaurant for our dinner.

Janet y Roen son ambos excepcionales. No sólo siguen un script de hospitalidad estándar; completamente redefinen el servicio al cliente. En una industria en la que el personal puede ser restringido por la cinta roja de las empresas, Janet y Roen son un respiro de aire fresco. No tienen miedo de desafiar las reglas convencionales cuando una situación lo exige, tomando proactivamente las cosas en sus propias manos para asegurar que la experiencia de los huéspedes es absolutamente insostenible.
